About the home

Ideal for golfers or families, this contemporary, two-bedroom villa has a private swimming pool with child guard and tiled garden area. With a lower ground terrace and upper level solarium for sunbathing, it has many modern facilities including plasma TV (satellite) and CD/DVD player.

Situated just a stone’s throw from the resort’s tennis courts and one of 12 communal pools it is also just a 10-15 minute walk from the resort's on-site clubhouse, restaurants and bars, this villa is also a 20 minutes' drive from Los Alcazares which offers a beach and many shops, bars, banks, supermarkets, cafes and restaurants. The villa is 20 minutes' drive from Murcia city.

Accessibility
This property is situated across one level making it ideal for guest with walking difficulties. The only stairs are outside and lead to the upper level solarium.

Outside
There are two outside terraces/solariums in total with a tiled garden area and hedge fence (no gate). Guests have their own private pool as well as access to a large communal pool and tennis courts approx. 1 minutes’ walk away. Guests can use any of the resorts 12 communal pools. There are also many children’s play areas available for use as well as free tennis courts.

The Murcia region

The local area, Murcia, offers plenty of activities for holidays, especially golfing holidays. The sandy beaches are also ideal for water sports enthusiasts and local sports include fishing, sailing, diving, windsurfing, para-gliding and swimming. Other activities include golf, tennis, cycling, roller-blading and horse riding. Mar Menor's sandy beach is also ideal for families as the water is calm, warm and shallow and depths only reach 7m. Walking is also popular along the beach promenade. There are plenty of cafes, tapas bars, palm trees and restaurants found along the beach front also.

Approx. 1 hours' drive to Terra Mitica Theme Park in Benidorm and many other waterparks in the Alicante area including Aqualandia.

(waterpark open between 8 June to 31 August).

Golfing holidays
Guests have access to the resort's 18-hole par 68 golf course, designed by Jack Nicklaus. There are many other courses in the area including Mar Menor, el Valle, Mosa Trajectum, Torre Pacheco, La Finca and Las Ramblas. La Manga Golf Resort is also approx. 20 minutes' drive. Guests staying at the apartment can benefit from a temporary residents’ discount on all Polaris golf course, please ask for details.

A local shopping complex called 'Dos Mares' with an enormous supermarket, many restaurants and a cinema is 20-minute drive away.

La Torre Golf Resort is a self-contained 'gated' resort with Mediterranean-style, whitewashed villas, townhouses and apartments.

Built around a town centre and attractive lake, the resort offers a 5 star Intercontinental La Torre Golf Resort Hotel & Spa (under construction), along with an 18-hole golf course, 12 communal swimming pools, tree-lined avenues and landscaped gardens, three bars including a golf bar/snack bar, sports bar and Irish bar, an ice-cream parlour as well as five restaurants (Tapas, Spanish, Italian international fusion and international buffet).

All bookings are subject to a £75 cleaning/laundry fee. Towels and linen are included. If a cleaner is required during your stay this can be arranged and is payable locally. Please note: towels are for villa use only, guests should bring their own beach towels.

Prices are for the property per week in UK pounds. £100 non refundable deposit, per week is required to hold the property. Full payment should be made eight weeks before arrival.

Weekend and shorter golf breaks are welcome at our nightly rate (depending on season) plus a standard cleaning fee. These may not be available during the busy summer season and are limited to 2 – 4 night stays.

This is a strictly non-smoking villa. Check-in is at 4pm on the day of arrival and check-out is at 11am on the day of departure. Late checkout can be requested at an additional charge but is subject to availability.

No single sex groups under 21 are allowed. All non UK bookings are subject to a £25 bank transfer fee.

In addition, a separate £300 security deposit is required when booking. Please note: your security deposit is fully refundable, providing there is no damage during your stay.

Wrist bands for communal pools and tennis courts: Please note, resort management have issued a wrist band per guest that must be worn to use the communal pools and tennis courts. If lost or misplaced a 30 Euro replacement fee per wrist band is payable locally. This is to prevent non resort residents using the communal pools and tennis courts.
