Refundable security deposit of £150 payable on arrival and refunded within 2 weeks of departure [subject to satisfactory property inspection].
Change over day Saturday but can be flexible.
Additional nights when available can be added on to a weekly booking.
Airport pick ups can be arranged.
Mid stay clean and linen change available for 40 euros if required.

The Murcia region
La Torre 5* Golf Resort is located near the city of Murcia in the Costa Calida region in the South East of Spain. The area enjoys 320 days of sun on average with great all year round weather, ideal for golf and lazy days!
The Costa Calida-two seas on one coastline, the Mar Manor and the Mediterranean. Impressive cliffs, white sandy beaches, lively ports and wild coves with crystal clear water all with an hour or two of La Torre.From the fishing town of Aguillas to the white dunes of the beach at El Mojon in San Pedro del Pinatar stretch miles of beaches and deserted coves along with picturesque fishing villages like La Azohia or Cabo de Palos; Ports like Mazarron and Cartegena with seafood to die for!
Just a 15 minute drive away is the Mar Manor-Europe's largest salt water lagoon where you will find one of the best places in the world for practising sailing, canoeing, swimming,water-skiing,jet -skiing, fly-surfing, windsurfing,catamaran sailing and every other type of watersport activity in its numerous clubs, ports and sailing schools. The Nautical Resort there offers the chance to hire out equipment and book sailing courses. Or you could just lounge on your sun bed and top up your tan!
The La Torre Golf Resort / Polaris World, La Torre area
For the golfer, in addition to the resort course, Mar Menor, El Valle and Hacienda Riquelme-all Polaris World courses-are open with several others due to open soon. All these courses can be booked from the pro-shop in La Torre and look out for any special deals which may be on offer. There are many other golf courses within a short drive of the resort.
Murcia is the capital city of the region steeped in history and is about 30 mins away by car. Here you will find the Cathedral dating from the 14th Century and many baroque style churches, several museums and a mix of shopping malls, restaurants etc.
Terra Natura, a wildlife park is also located in Murcia with over 300 animals on view and an aqua park.
Cartegena is Spain's main Naval Port and less than an hours drive away. It has benefited from Madrid government's determination to turn it into a vibrant tourist destination complete with it's ancient walled city, ports, museums, restaurants and shopping areas,
Los Alcazares is the nearest beach only 20 mins away and has many local amenities inc. shops, supermarkets and restaurants.
Road links are excellent to all the nearby towns and cities.
Horse riding can be found at La Manga, a 30 minute drive away.

We had a great 4 day stay-can't believe 15mins after leaving Murcia Airport we were sat on the balcony with a cold beer!
