The nearby coastal area of the Costa Calida is a series of delightful Spanish seaside resorts perfect for families, with also the chance to get away from it all on coastal walks or take part in a variety of water sports on the Mar Menor. Visit La Manga for a unique holiday experience with the Med on one side and the Mar Menor on the other! LONG LET RATE FOR 01.09.08-31.03.09 215 eurosP/W MINIMUM STAY ONE MONTH. Guests are met at the resort entrance and shown to the property where an explanation of all the main facilities is given. Freshly laundered bed linen and towels are provided. The house is professionally cleaned immediately before you arrive ensuring you enjoy a pleasurable stay. A welcome pack including coffee, tea, milk, sugar, bread, butter, marmalade, orange juice and bottled water is waiting for you at the house, ensuring you have a comfortable start to your holiday no matter what time of day you arrive. All of these services are included in the cost of your villa rental. For stays of two weeks or more we include a mid term linen change. Additional cleaning can be arranged locally.
Changeover Day - Arrival time after 15.00 departure time 10.00, however it may sometimes be possible to arrange early arrivals /late departures on request. Your holiday apartment is secured with a £150 deposit, which will be used as a security bond and returned to you as soon as the property has been checked following your departure. The balance is due 6 weeks before your holiday commences.

A lovely apartment with a spacious lounge. Beautiful resort, with excellent restaurants and bars all within walking distance. Golf course looks great although we didn't get a chance to use it. Would definitely recommend this property to family and friends.
