About the home

This lovely villa is furnished to a very high standard and is situated on the prestigious La Torre golf resort. A perfect place to spend a family holiday or a golfing break.

Tastefully furnished throughout , the villa has a lovely large lounge diner with a very stylish dining room suite and a very comfortable lounge area , where you can relax and watch the TV/DVD or just chill out and listen to your favourite music on the docking station. A fully fitted kitchen and two relaxing and tasteful bedrooms with air con and ceiling fans help to make your stay comfortable and complete. A wireless internet is installed so you can keep in touch with everyone if you need to, or just lounge round the georgous pool and sip sangria.
A holiday designed to please all the family with golf, tennis courts, playgrounds and various large communal pools within 5 minutes walk. Tennis racquets, balls and two sets of golf clubs provided. Just come along and ENJOY!!!

Great position within 5 minutes walk of bars,restaurants, supermarket and the stunning clubhouse. The famous Jack Nicklaus designed 18 hole golf course is wonderful, you cannot fail to be impressed. The large communal pool is only a short stroll away.

Booking notes:

Your villa is secured with a £200 deposit fee, which will be used as a security bond and returned to you as soon as the property has been checked, following your departure. The balance is due 8 weeks before your holiday commences.

Guests will be met at the resort entrance and shown to the villa, where everything will be be ready for your stay. A welcome pack including tea,coffee, milk, bread, butter, marmalade, orange juice and bottled water will be waiting for you. Our key holders will show you round the villa and explain everything to you and give you information on the area.

We have made our villa like a home and we want you to enjoy it as we do.

The Murcia region

The resort is situated on the Costa Calida (The Warm Coast) which has a spectacular coastline with beautiful beaches of white sand, impressive cliffs and the largest salt-water lagoon in Europe - The crystal clear Mar Menor, where the water is calm and shallow and warmer than the rest of the meditteranean,making it especially suitable for families.

The cities of Murcia and Cartagena are 20 minutes drive from the resort and offer great shopping, magnificent architecture and a rich cultural heritage.

The region of Murcia is one of Spain's sunniest, unspoilt and most fertile with 310 sunny days per year and an average temperature of 21 degrees.

The La Torre Golf Resort / Polaris World, La Torre area

The challenging 18 holed par 68 course is ideal for both average players and those with a high handicap. There are excellent practice facilities including driving range, putting green and bunkers, all set in beautiful lush surroundings.

There are numerous communal pools in La Torre, children's playgrounds and tennis courts for your enjoyment. A very family friendly place with a variety of wonderful restaurants, Irish pub, tapas bar and an ice cream parlour, all set around the wonderful lake, not to mention the stunning clubhouse, where you can dine in the buffet bar restaurant, or have cocktails at Pinos bar overlooking the beautiful course, all within walking distance of the villa.

A free shuttle bus runs between all Polaris resorts, enabling you to try the different golf courses and restaurants without the need to drive.

Golf buggies, trolleys and golf clubs are available for hire at the well stocked golf shop, special rates apply for guests of Villa casablanca who wish to play at Polaris world golf courses. After your round of golf, enjoy a well earned drink in the stunning clubhouse bar overlooking the course.
