Set in one of the best locations on the La Torre resort, this large 3 bed, 3 bathroom luxury two- storey villa is set in the secluded residential area for peaceful nights and yet just a 10 minute walk from the town centre, hotel and golf club and a 5 minute walk from the supermarket .

The property features a good size private swimming pool set in a large, fully enclosed garden area adjacent to the pergola covered rear patio on which you can enjoy your outdoor dining and sip your beers and sangrias in the shade.

Villa Laguna is furnished to high standard with elegant decor featuring , soft brush-leather sofas and chairs in the air-conditioned main living room area, along with tables and chairs both for indoor and alfesco dining .

The main bedroom upstairs features a wonderful relaxing veranda-solarium where you can watch the sun go down.

Tailor made for golfing holidays (for those energetic enough) or for holidays with family & friends (where all you have to do is relax by the pool all day).

The Murcia region

The Polaris La Torre 5* Golf Resort is located in the Murcia Region which is one of the greenest in Spain and said to be the "healthiest place in Europe". The region of Murcia has a perfect all year around climate with temperatures of around 22 degrees up to 310 days a year. The calm waters of the inland sea are a popular destination for all ages with the beautiful beaches of the Mar Menor lagoon overlooking the La Manga Strip which is packed full of bars, clubs and restaurants. The famous La Manga Golf Club sits at the head of the strip.

During the summer months the city of Murcia hoasts a number of colourful festivals and fiesta celebrations that everyone can join in.

The La Torre Golf Resort / Polaris World, La Torre area

The Polaris World 5* La Torre Golf Resort is near the towns of Torre Pacheco and Roldan both of which offer a taste of typically Spanish town living which include modern shops, banking facilities and an array of tapas bars and restaurants. The resort is very centrally located and within easy access to the cosmopolitan city of Murcia from where one could head north to Valencia or South to Granada and beyond. (Gibraltar is a 5 hour drive).
Less than 15 minutes drive gets you to the costal towns of San Javier & Los Alcazares with the superb beaches of the Mar Menor and Santiago de la Ribera. All very popular with local tourists.
The historic town of Cartagena lies a short drive to the south with it's bustling shops and harbour.
As one of Polaris World's largest resorts, La Torre Golf Resort has a number of amenities for it's guests which include several restaurants featuring international cuisines, a range of themed bars, 5* Crowne Plaza Hotel (being built), supermarket; 18 hole Jack Nicklaus golf course, driving range, lake side Village and international school.
The local towns and villages are very Spanish in nature and feature further activities like ten pin bowing, cinemas, 2 large water parks, a zoo, go-karting, horseriding, fishing, sailing and daily boat trips etc.. There is regular evening entertainment at the Club House . If it is a bargain you are looking for, then there are markets held daily within the area. where you can sample some of the superb fresh meat, fish, local delicacies, wines, fresh vegetables and fruits that are grown in the Murcia region.

The free courtesy bus which operates every hour during the day provides transportation to other Polaris World Resorts of Mar Menor, El Valle, Hacienda Riquelme, Las Terrazas De Torre La Loma & Alhama. Golfers can take advantage of the special deals which allow you to play on any of the Polaris World Nicklaus designed courses on these resorts.

The airports of Murcia San Javier (15 minutes by car) and Alicante (45 minutes by car) make this fantastic resort easily accessible from anywhere in the UK.

All the major car rental companies have offices at both airports

Cheap flights with Ryan Air. Easyjet, Jet 2, BMIBaby, British Airways, Flybe, Monarch and Excel from many UK locations

An excellent taxi service is available from both Alicante & San Javier Airports.

Private Airport pickup can be arranged from Murcia (San Javier Airport) for a cost of 40 Euros but this service is limited to a maximum of four people.
