This brand new luxury villa is on one of the Exclusive Polaris World Golf resorts. It is situated on what can only be called a Golfer's paradise. The golf course and clubhouse with all amenities are only 5 minutes walk away, for those who like variety there are several courses all within 30 minutes drive or use the convenient free shuttle bus between the Polaris world resorts in the area. Only 15 mins from Murcia airport which is served by many of the budget airlines from the UK. 15 minutes from the unspoilt Mar Menor beaches and 45 minutes from the area's famous nature reserve. The villa has a private pool and garden with patio. This location has something for everyone, sport, relaxation, wonderful bars and restaurants and in the area around La Torre there are water parks, nature reserves and more restaurants and beaches.

The Costa Calida/Murcia region
Murcia is the capital of the province and is situated on the Costa Calida coast which lies between the Costa Blanca and the Costa Almeria. The region is easily accessible by flying to Murcia-San Javier and Alicante airports. With it's fantastic climate and rolling beaches it is a centre of healthy living. Many spas are in the area and it has been designated as one of the healthiest places to live because of the climate. it is also famous for it's historic, natural beauties that are regularly being discovered. The area is full of natural parks and nature reserves that are protected by the Spanish Government
With history dating back to the year 800 there are some fantastic historical features to visit. One beautiful piece of ancient architecture is the Cathedral de Santa Maria.
Murcia is irrigated by the Rivers Segura, Murdo and Sangonera which makes it a very varied landscape from the bright greens of the many orchards of citrus fruit, to the duller greens of the olive groves. Finishing on the dry desert like areas covered in cacti and palms.
La Torre Golf Resort / Polaris World, La Torre area
The largest and busiest resort from Polaris World is situated just fifteen minutes away from the magnificent beaches and waters of the Mar Menor lagoon – the largest salt water lagoon in Europe. It also has excellent access to the most important cities in the region - Murcia and Cartagena.
There are many services on the resort for the use of residents and guests alike. Services include many restaurants, bars, a large supermarket, bank, beauty salon, healthcare centre, numerous communal swimming pools and even a travel agency offering excursions to the region’s attractions.
The resort has a superb 18 hole, par 69, golf course designed by Nicklaus Design that runs through the entire complex. Its spectacular design includes large bankers and huge lakes, making it a challenge to players of all levels. There are some spectacular golf holes on this course.

Further details indoors: The villa is spacious and well proportioned. It is newly built and furnished to a high standard. There are two twin bedded rooms one with en-suite shower room and another bedroom with separate full bathroom. The kitchen is fully equipped and the open plan dining/lounge area as ample seating and has an impressive high ceiling creating a lovely airy feel. The villa is fully air conditioned and centrally heated making it an ideal choice for all year golfing breaks. There is a phone line for incoming calls and all calls within the complex, booking tee times, lessons or tables at the restaurants or other villas to arrange games etc. There is english satellite TV in the villa
Further details outdoors: Outside is the private patio, with seating and loungers and private freshwater swimming pool. This villa has the added benefit of a private roof terrace also with sun loungers. There is also a BBQ to make full use of the wonderful climate in this part of Spain. There is off-road parking for one car at the front of the villa. Use of the other pools on the La Torre complex is also available for all visitors.
