The unique design affords the entire top floor of the building providing total exclusivity and tranquillity. Penthouse maybe accessed via the stairs or lift linked directly from our front door to secure underground parking. Previous guests have frequently commented 'Felt we were in a world of our own' and 'Just so peaceful listening to the birds sing'.
Perfectly situated beside pool, leisurely stroll leads to Resort Centre and well stocked Supermarket (open 7 days per week). Furnishings are of a very high standard co-ordinated throughout enhancing the Penthouse fully.
Lounge/dining room and both bedrooms are fitted with large three speed remote control ceiling fans. Lounge has air-conditioning and large ceiling fans, our guests have always found this adequate during summer months. La Torre is an ALL year round resort central heating is available during the winter months plus continental quilts and throws. Valuables safe and Carbon Monoxide/Smoke Detector have also been fitted.

The Murcia region
Murcia is one of the most beautiful, unspoilt regions of Spain, boasting 315 days of sunshine throughout the year and an average temperature of 21°C! Murcia City itself is an architecturally striking cosmopolitan city, hosting all year round exhibitions. Murcia has so much to offer from the manicured greens of the golf courses to the mountains, nature reserves, beauty spots and walking trails. Nearby are Roman hot springs with thermal swimming pools at 37°C, which has the benefit of therapeutic indications. For the more energetic guests, nearby facilities include: skiing at Sierra Nevada (2-3hrs) and Canoeing on the Segura River or reservoirs.
Two seas on one coastline - the Mar Menor and the Mediterranean - impressive cliffs, heavenly beaches of endless white sand, lively ports and wild coves with crystal clear water, more than 3,000 hours of sun a year and mild temperatures - even in winter - with a yearly average of more than 18ºC. This is the Costa Cálida, the ideal place to spend some days relaxing both in winter and summer.
From the fishing town of Aguilas to the white dunes of the beach of El Mojon in San Pedro del Pinatar, stretch kilometre after kilometre of beaches and deserted coves awaiting the arrival of the bather, the sailor, the diver or the fisherman. In addition, there are delightful picturesque fishing villages, like La Azohia or Cabo de Palos where you can lose yourself for a few days; ports like the one in Mazarron where you can spend a lively evening and enjoy its magnificent gastronomy after a day on the beach; heavenly areas of natural beauty, unique in the whole Mediterranean, at the beaches of Calblanque and Calnegre... and one of the most highly considered tourist complexes in the Mediterranean: La Manga del Mar Menor, a paradise between two seas with infinite beaches, sandy sea beds and crystalline waters, and endowed with an excellent hotel infrastructure.
Furthermore, fans of water sports will find one of the best places in the world for practising sailing, canoeing, swimming, water-skiing, jet-skiing, fly surfing, windsurfing, catamaranning, and every other type of watersport activity in its numerous clubs, ports and sailing schools. The Nautical Resort on the Mar Menor and similar consortiums in Mazarron and Aguilas offer the chance to hire out equipment, book sailing courses and reserve accommodation at extremely interesting rates.
The Mar Menor Sea is a small salt lake, which is linked to the Mediterranean sea at three points called 'Golas', and they have a depth of seven metres. The long tranquil beaches can be enjoyed by all the family especially children. The Mar Menor Sea is one of the biggest natural spas in the world and is considered one of the best places to practice water sports throughout the year. Los Alcazares has a 9 km. stretch of sand with a five km. promenade close to the beach, some of its five beaches have been awarded the blue flag from the European Union and the 'Q' of tourist quality!
La Torre Golf Resort
Los Alcazares has some of the finest beaches along the Costa Calida of Spain. Los Alcazares has a 9 km. stretch of sand with a five km. promenade close to the beach, the beaches at Playa de los Narejos and Playa del Espejo have won the famous Q Awards for their high standards. The beaches run along the Mar Menor and offers warm shallow waters and fine sand. Along the promenade there are various bars, cafes, restaurants selling local tapas and play areas for children. Just a short walk inland leads you into the town centre area of Los Alcazares.
San Pedro del Pinatar beaches are on the Mar Menor. By the windmill you can try the famous therapeutic mud's, known to prevent rheumatism and arthritis. Walking along from there is the wide promenade, lined with benches, play areas for children and lots of restaurants and cafes. All the beaches on the Mar Menor offer warm shallow waters and fine sand.
Santiago de la Ribera wide promenade leads on to a sandy beach. The seafront has just had a refurbishment and now offers a pleasant and charming promenade ideal for a morning stroll. Along the beach front there are many cafes and restaurants to sit and relax.
Torre de la Horadada has small private coves, along the Mediterranean Sea. This is an ideal spot to visit as it is at present a little more secluded. Small private coves with fine sand and warm clear waters. Just a short stroll takes you to cafes and bars.
