About the home

This spacious and luxurious villa with a private HEATED pool* and JACUZZI*, is situated on a safe, family-friendly resort, not far from the beach. With three-double/twin bedrooms, sleeping up to six people, this modern Spanish villa offers a private garden area (fenced for children), a (heated*) swimming pool with (heated*) poolside Jacuzzi, air conditioning in the lounge (fans in bedrooms), shaded sun terrace, charcoal barbecue, upper-level solarium and off-road parking for one car. With all modern conveniences, including a plasma TV (satellite), dishwasher, microwave and DVD/CD player. LAN internet access (not wireless) available in property, internet card needs to be purchased from resort. Please ask for more details.


It is also just a 4 minute walk from the resort's supermarket and a 10 minute walk to the resort's golf club house, four restaurants and three bars. Two large communal pools with a kids' pool and large Jacuzzi are also just a few minutes' walk away. Guests can use any the the resort's 12 communal swimming pools and tennis courts. The resort's 4 star Intercontinental Hotel & Spa is due to open December 2008, this will also have a variety of bars and restaurants for guests to use.

* Can be heated for an additional cost. There is internet access at the clubhouse, just 5-7 minutes' walk away.

There is a private solarium on the upper level with a table and four chairs. The property has a wonderful pool and interlinked Jacuzzi (both can be HEATED as extra).

Fenced garden area with private outdoor swimming pool (6x3m) with jacuzzi (2.5m across) both can be heated for an additional cost. There is also a shower, shaded and unshaded patio area, outdoor garden table with six chairs, barbecue and six sunbeds. There is a large private solarium on the upper level with a table and four chairs, ideal for relaxing with a sundowner!

Accessibility: with living accommodation set on one level, this property is ideal for those with walking difficulties and for small children.

Beautiful 3 bed villa with pool

The Murcia region

The local area offers plenty of sandy beaches and is ideal for watersports enthusiasts. Local sports include fishing, sailing, windsurfing and swimming. Other activities included cycling and horse riding. Mar Menor's beach is also ideal for families as the water is calm, warm and shallow. Walking and cycling is also popular along the beach promenade.

Beaches and waterparks
20 minutes' drive from the beach, restaurant and bars at Los Alcazares.
30 minutes' drive from La Manga Strip.
Approx. 1 hours' drive to Terra Mitica Theme Park in Benidorm and many other waterparks in the Alicante area including Aqualandia.
Approx. 30 minutes' drive from Torrevieja Aquopolis (waterpark open between 8 June to 31 August).

Golf
Guests have access to the resort's 18-hole par 68 golf course, designed by Jack Nicklaus. There are many other courses in the area including Mar Menor, Mosa Trajectum, Torre Pacheco, La Finca and Las Ramblas. La Manga Golf Resort is also approx. 20 minutes' drive.

20 minutes' drive from Murcia City, which offers fantastic nightlife, shopping and restaurants.
20 minutes' drive from Mar Menor/Los Alcazares (beach) which also offers many tapas bars, restaurants, shops, banks and supermarkets.
Approx. 2 hours' drive to Granada and the Alhambra Palace.
Approx. 3.5 hours' drive to Madrid.
Approx. 45-50 minutes' drive to Alicante, well know for it's popular water and theme parks.
A local shopping complex called 'Dos Mares' with an enormous supermarket, many restaurants and a cinema is 20 minute drive away.

The La Torre Golf Resort area

La Torre Golf Resort is a self-contained 'gated' resort with Mediterranean-style, whitewashed villas, townhouses and apartments. Built around a town centre and attractive lake, the resort offers a 5 star Intercontinental La Torre Golf Resort Hotel & Spa (under construction), along with an 18-hole golf course, 12 communal swimming pools, tree-lined avenues and landscaped gardens, three bars including a golf bar/snack bar, sports bar and Irish bar, an ice-cream parlour as well as four restaurants (Tapas, Spanish, Italian and international buffet).

The resort also has a bank, travel shop, internet access, a large, well-stocked supermarket (selling international goods), health centre, a hospital, playgrounds and school. The resort also offers 24-hour security and friendly English-speaking staff.

All bookings are subject to a £90 cleaning/laundry fee. Towels and linen are included. If a cleaner is required during your stay this can be arranged and is payable locally. Please note: towels are for villa use only, guests should bring their own beach towels.

Prices are for the property per week in UK pounds. £100 non refundable deposit, per week is required to hold the property. Full payment should be made eight weeks before arrival.

Weekend and shorter golf breaks are welcome at our nightly rate (depending on season) plus a standard cleaning fee. These may not be available during the busy summer season and are limited to 2 – 4 night stays

Check-in is at 4pm on the day of arrival and check-out is at 11am on the day of departure. Late checkout can be requested at an additional charge but is subject to availability.

No single sex groups under 21 are allowed. All non UK bookings are subject to a £25 bank transfer fee.

In addition, a separate £300 security deposit is required when booking. Please note: your security deposit is fully refundable, providing there is no damage during your stay.

Wrist bands for communal pools and tennis courts: Please note, resort management have issued a wrist band per guest that must be worn to use the communal pools and tennis courts. If lost or misplaced a 35 Euro replacement fee per wrist band is payable locally. This is to prevent non resort residents using the communal pools and tennis courts.

The pool and jacuzzi can be heated for an additional £90 per week. The jacuzzi and pool are heated together they are always at the same moderate temperature as there is one heat exchanger. It is also possible to heat the Jacuzzi only for £75 per week.

A high chair and cot can be provided on request, starting from £25 each a week. Additional children's accessories such as stair gates and car seats are also available to hire on request.

A welcome pack for Sunday and late arrivals can also be arranged on request, please ask for details.
