Stylishly decorated, it is just a few minutes' walk from two large communal pools, a kids' pool and jacuzzi area and just 5-10 minutes' walk from the resort's supermarket, bars and restaurants. Situated approximately 20 minutes' drive from the beach, which offers many shops, bars, banks, cafes and restaurants, the townhouse is also close to Murcia city.

The Costa Calida/Murcia region
The local area offers plenty of sandy beaches and is ideal for watersports enthusiasts. Local sports include fishing, sailing, windsurfing and swimming. Other activities included cycling and horse riding. Mar Menor's beach is also ideal for families as the water is calm, warm and shallow. Walking is also popular along the beach promenade.
Beaches and waterparks 20 minutes' drive from the beach at Los Alcazares. 30 minutes' drive from La Manga Strip. Approx. 1 hours' drive to Terra Mitica Theme Park in Benidorm and many other waterparks in the Alicante area including Aqualandia. Approx. 30 minutes' drive from Torrevieja Aquopolis (waterpark open between 8 June to 31 August).
Golf Guests have access to the resort's 18-hole par 68 golf course, designed by Jack Nicklaus. There are many other courses in the area including Mar Menor, Mosa Trajectum, Torre Pacheco, La Finca and Las Ramblas. La Manga Golf Resort is also approx. 20 minutes' drive.
Places of interest 20 minutes' drive from Murcia city, which offers fantastic nightlife, shopping and restaurants. 20 minutes' drive from Mar Menor/Los Alcazares (beach) which also offers many tapas bars, restaurants, shops, banks and supermarkets. Approx. 2 hours' drive to Granada and the Alhambra Palace. Approx. 3.5 hours' drive to Madrid. Approx. 45-50 minutes' drive to Alicante, well know for it's popular water and theme parks. A local shopping complex called 'Dos Mares' with an enormous supermarket, many restaurants and a cinema is 20 minute drive away.
La Torre Golf Resort area
La Torre Golf Resort is a self-contained 'gated' resort with Mediterranean-style, whitewashed villas, townhouses and apartments. Built around a town centre and attractive lake, the resort offers a 5 star Intercontinental La Torre Golf Resort Hotel & Spa (under construction), along with an 18-hole golf course, 12 communal swimming pools, tree-lined avenues and landscaped gardens, three bars including a golf bar/snack bar, sports bar and Irish bar, an ice-cream parlour as well as four restaurants (Tapas, Spanish, Italian and international buffet).

A welcome pack for Sunday and late arrivals can also be organised for just £15 and includes: bread, 1 milk, some sachets of tea, coffee and sugar, 1 orange juice, 2 bottles of mineral water, butter, jam or marmalade and a bottle of wine (red or white).

Booking notes: £100 (non refundable) deposit, per week is required to hold the property. Full payment should be made eight weeks before arrival. An additional cleaning charge of £60 per booking is required. Bookings over the Christmas and New Year period are £255 per week. Bookings made from countries outside the UK are subject to a £15 bank transfer fee. 2-3 night stays and golfing breaks are welcome and are charged at £70 per night, plus our standard cleaning fee.
Security deposit: in addition, a separate £150 security deposit is required when booking. Please note: your security deposit is fully refundable, providing there is no damage during your stay.
