Two bedrooms 2 bathroom detached villa with a private swimming pool. Furnished to high standard with fully fitted kitchen, Polaris satelite TV and DVD player. All rooms are located on a Ground Level with a exception of a roof solarium entered by a towered staircase.
Villa is securely fenced and gated to add to it's privacy. There is full central heating in every room and air conditioning in Living Room and both Bedrooms. There is outdoor dining area with table and 6 chairs at the rear of the villa and roof solarium with sun loungers and terrace furniture.

The Costa Calida/Murcia region

La Torre Golf Resort is in Murcia Region in the Costa Calida - the warm coast of Spain with 250km of beaches and 2 seas: The Mediterranean and the Mar Menor. Costa Calida region is a place of great natural beauty with lush landscapes, breathtaking mountain views, fertile vineyards and outstanding beaches. This region is most famous for Mar Menor - a huge salt water lagoon (135km long), separated from the Mediterranean sea by the 24km long La Manga strip. Mar Menor is renowned for it's high water temperatures (avarage summer temperatures of the sea 26C) which are retained well into the autumn months. Its salinity provides buoyancy so it is known as the world safest places to swim. The sea is also famous for it's therapeutic waters : rich in Magnesium calcium sodium bromide, iodine and flouride and effective against arthritis, rheumatism, tendinitis, nervous and articulatory dissorders.Lo Pagan in San Pedro del Pinatar is famous for it's mud banks. La Torre is situated 15 minutes drive from the beautiful beaches of the Mar Menor and the La Manga strip. Most beaches there are well equipped with beach beds and brollies. At San is Dos Mares shopping mall with bowling, cinema and extensive food hall. You will find Markets everyday somewhere within a radius of 15 minutes drive from the villa. Further afield you can visit Torrevieja or even Benidorm if you want excitement. The beautiful city of Cartagena with the millennial Port and Murcia City with its historic cathedral is just 45min drive away.
Towards Murcia is IKEA and Nueva Condomina – newly open shopping centre with 200 outlets,among them Primark and Zara, with restaurants and cinema and large Leroy Merlin DIY. (Location after junc 763a on A-7). Very near to there you will find Water Park (Terra Aqua Murcia) and Animal Park (Terra Natura Murcia) and New Football Stadium.

La Torre Golf Resort compromises of 2640 dwellings and within this number there are 240 villas, also townhouses and apartments, all arranged around a spectacular golf course and magnificent lakes with the most varied of plant life. There are 15 communal swimming pools on the resort, tennis court and many children play parks. La Torre Golf course is the second of Jack Nicolaus golf courses build by Polaris World. The golf is 18 holes Par 68 5354 metres,with 4 different Tees for all abilities. Signature hole is the 9th Par 3 over the lake over looked by Hotel, restaurants & clubhouse! Fly to Murcia San Javier airport - La torre is only 15 minutes drive away from that airport. Go to www.travelsupermarket.com to get the best flight offers. San Javier Murcia is served by Ryanair, Monarch, Easy Jet, Jet 2, Flybe, Air Tours and others. Alternative airport is Alicante only 45 minutes drive away on motorway AP-7.Car hire is availabe on both airports, also taxis. Pick- up from the airports can be arranged on request. Bicycle hire available thro' travel shop in La Torre Resort or at Mar Menor.

Next to the kitchen is Utility Room with washing machine, and suspended clothes dryer. The Dining area seats 4, with the option to seat 6 on the terrace. In the Lounge there is 5 setter leather suite, coffee table, sideboard , leather mirror, TV and DVD unit and attractivee downlighters.In the Hall you will find console table and 2 mirrors. Both Bedrooms have build in wardrobes.One bedroom with double bed is next to the bathrom with bath, washbasin, bidet and wc. Second bedroom contains 2 single beds and en-suite bathroom with a shower, washbasin and WC. All rooms have low voltage lightings. With safe and alarm. There is an internal telephone for free calls to Polaris World Resort and free incoming calls. Villa is benefiting from private swimming pool and private parking area allocated at the front of the villa. It is fenced and gated all around. There is also iron gate at the front of the villa to enhance privacy and security of the living area and solarium.

65 euros extra are for cleaning charges. Mid term cleaning is extra.
Towels and bedlinen are provided for Holiday lets but not for Long Term Lets.
