La Torre is a gated secure Golf and Spa resort with onsite restaurants, bars and a reasonably priced supermarket for those looking to self cater.
The property has two bedrooms both with ceiling fans, a luxury fitted bathroom, a fitted kitchen and a living room with a 26 inch LCD television, DVD player. & Air con.
This beautifully furnished property is on the edge of the resort and benefits from a peaceful setting that makes it an ideal retreat for a relaxing break or a great base for a golfing or spa week. There is a 5 star spa within the resort offering pampering and luxury tratments beyond your wildest dreams.
Beautiful unspoilt beaches are 10 mins drive away with the lure of the stunning Mar Menor lagoon ocean. You can sail, kitesurf or jetski the choice is yours with numerous beachside restaurants to dine in along the ever extending boardwalk. Fantasic all year weather with lots of Sun!!

You only have to look at the pics to see the wow factor that this apt has!!! choclate brown leather sofas, LCD TV, a large terrace to sun bathe on or to dine in the cool Spanish air, with stunning views across Lake and golf course!!
There are 4 single beds that can be put together upon request as doubles & 2 inflatable beds so 6 can sleep comfortably in the apt. a kitchen with all amenites, including dishwasher fridge freezer and microwave. A set of golf clubs if you do not want to carry your own along with pool towels. A travel cot and hairdryer.

The largest and busiest resort from Polaris World is situated just 10 minutes away from the magnificent beaches and waters of the Mar Menor lagoon – the largest salt water lagoon in Europe. La Torre Golf Resort is easily accessible from Murcia-San Javier and Alicante airports. It also has excellent access to the most important cities in the region - Murcia and Cartagena. Murcia City is only 20 mins drive away where you can see breathtaking architecture and beautiful cathedrals or lounge and people watch in the many cafes and bars!!

There are many services on the resort for the use of residents and guests alike. Services include a large supermarket, , healthcare centre, bars, restaurants, a travel agency offering excursions to the region’s attractions and numerous communal swimming pools, tennis courts
There is also under construction a superb Spa, run by E’Spa, which will offer a comprehensive range of Spa treatments and mineral baths.
Golf
The resort has a superb 18 hole, par 69, golf course designed by Nicklaus Design that runs through the entire complex.
Its spectacular design includes large bunkers and huge lakes, making it a challenge to players of all levels. The lakes play an important role as the game progresses, requiring of the player great skill and composure. There are some spectacular golf holes on this course.

We have used 'Easyjet 'flying into Alicante (35 min drive) & 'Ryanair' flying into San Javier (10 min Drive) to visit the apt.
For car hire I use link http://www.economycarhire.com/click.php?adm=399&adt=14. We send out a full manuel of everything you will need to know including contact names and numbers while in Spain. restaurants, golf course number to book rounds prior to leaving Uk and special offers on golf and the Spa resort.

We have just arrived back from this apt...the apt itself is lovely and spacious. The air conditioning packed up on day 1 and the managment team were fab and worked well together.. The air conditioning man said he could fix the unit but the owner told him to disconnect it!! It was 42 degrees and we needed the air conditioning but she just didn,t care! I had my mobile on 24hrs a day due to work commitments and the owner claimed that she called and texts me several times but she never did at all. So my advice is....stay away from this owner and go with another as there are plenty of fab apts... I asked to be compensated and the owner said no!!! So we suffered the heat for 10 days and shye didn,t give a fig!!! TERRIBLE TERRIBLE OWNER!!!!! Response: This is our first complaint in 4 years of renting our apartment. If you go to our website you will see great feedback from many satisfied returning customers. This guest didn't even want Air Conditioning when booking but I explained it was in the apartment if needed. Unfortunately the unit started to play up with 3 days of her arrival and because the buzzing sound which only this guest could hear kept her awake, even though she was in a bedroom a good distance away. We arranged from the UK for an engineer go in and turn the machine off from the mains as soon as possible. The cost for a new unit was 450 euros which couldn't just be pulled from thin air that day. I made several calls to the guest and my management company who passed messages on asking the guest to pick up her mobile/text messages and call me. She failed to respond to any calls, messages and text messages. We are a second floor apartment and if you open a window or any of the 3 sets of French doors you get a lovely cool breeze through so we would certainly not leave a guest suffering in heat, her comments in our view are grossly over exaggerated and we felt that she had an alternative agenda and just wanted money back and her rental for free. She was trying to pull a fast one. The guest had personal issues prior to departing and took her problems out on us as we are not terrible owners and have always been complemented on our help throughout a booking and through the duration of their holiday. Please see our website for many happy customers since 2007 who not only had a great time but encountered fantastic customer service. A TERRIBLE RENTER!!! / CUSTOMER!!! |

I thought the apartment was very clean and tidy, amenities were good. Great location with a nice view over the golf course. The booking procedure was straight forward and the service friendly, I would be staying again and recommend it to anyone.

A fantastic time was had by all, the apartment was first class and had all we needed. Paul was there on hand when we arrived and showed us around the apartment giving us a guide to the appliances etc., even suggesting where to eat and giving us some tips on beaches and local ammeneties.The facilities within La Torres were excellent the communal pools were clean, easily accessible from the apartment and not overcrowded with security on hand to keep an eye on things, I would happily recommend it as a holiday destination and look forward to returning again.

We had a great time whilst staying in the apartment, Karen and her team were great offering support and suggestions throughout of how to make the best of our stay. Great spacious apartment, with everything you could need. The view from the balcony of the apartment is spectacular, nice to just sit in the sun and watch the golfers go by. The golf course is fantastic, very challenging with several lakes in play on most holes. We hope to be returning soon.
I would just like to say thank you for all your efforts we had a great time.
We were impressed with how much information and details we were given allowing us to decide exactly what we wanted to do.
