The apartment is furnished to a high standard,no furniture packs here, with air conditioning/heating, double glazing,Samsung flat screen TV, DVD, I-pod docking station. The 2 bedrooms have 3' 6" single beds,with Tempur ( memory foam) mattresses,that provide the most comfortable nights sleep, with fully fitted wardrobes and balconies. A very family friendly place with a variety of wonderful restaurants, irish pub, tapas bar and an ice cream parlour, all set around the wonderful lake, not to mention the stunning clubhouse, where you can dine in the buffett bar restaurant, or have cocktails at pinos bar overlooking the beautiful course, all within walking distance of the apartment.

A free shuttle bus runs between all polaris resorts, enabling you to try the different golf courses and restaurants without the need to drive.

Golf buggies, trolleys and golf clubs are available for hire at the well stocked golf shop, special rates apply for guests of penthouse Casaona who wish to play at polaris world golf courses. After your round of golf, enjoy a well earned drink in the stunning clubhouse bar overlooking the course.

The current rental price is from £90 to £399 per week, exceptional value for the high quality and location. This amount allows £30 towards air conditioning Any further usage may be charged separately.

Refundable deposit of £250 held against loss of keys,damage or breakages to apartment or excessive cleaning.
Cleaning charge of €70 to be paid locally at the end of your stay.

The apartment and resort fulfilled all our expectations.The quality and facilities were brilliant.The apartment was ideally situated with great views,can't beat a penthouse.It has been furnished to a very high standard, everything brand new,the beds were very excellent !!
