Stunning, luxury 2 bed/1 bath 2nd floor apartment overlooking the 18th green and clubhouse at La Torre Golf Resort, less than 2 minutes walk to the town centre; clubhouse, bars, restaurants, supermarket etc.

La Torre is a Polaris World development with a fanatastic Jack Nicklaus designed 18 hole golf course near Torre Pacheco in the Murcia region of South East Spain. With rental of this apartment, I offer DISCOUNT GOLF ON LA TORRE, MAR MENOR & EL VALLE GOLF RESORTS and a free shuttle service between resorts is also available.

The apartment is furnished to an extremely high standard, benefiting from both air conditioning and central heating. It sleeps up to 5 people in 4 single beds and 1 sofa bed, the apartment boasts digital TV with 52 English channels, a fully fitted kitchen with fridge/freezer, microwave, kettle, toaster and washing machine. Both the lounge and master bedroom have french doors opening onto a spacious private terrace with luxury patio furniture and fantastic views of the golf course, clubhouse and mountains beyond.

Conditions

Refundable security deposit of £150 required with final payment. Deposit will be refunded post departure following the property inspection.

Non refundable £50 deposit required to secure booking. Final balance due 8 weeks prior to arrival.

Cleaning charge of 50 Euros for 1-2 guests, 60 Euros for 3-4 guests or 70 Euros for 5 guests to be paid locally to our representative.

The Murcia region

The resort is located on the Costa Calida or 'Warm Coast', which has a spectacular coastline with beautiful beaches of white sand, impressive cliffs and the largest salt-water lagoon in Europe - the crystal clear Mar Menor (only 15 mins drive), where the water is calm and shallow and warmer than the rest of the Mediterranean, making it especially suitable for families all year round. The nearest beaches of San Pedro del Pinatar and Los Alcazares are only 15 mins drive from La Torre Golf Resort.

Murcia enjoys an ideal climate with average temperatures ranging from 12*C in winter to 25*C in summer and the area boasts 325 days of sunshine per year.

The historical cities of Murcia and Cartegena are 20-30 mins drive from the resort and offer great shopping, magnificent architecture, a rich cultural heritage and fantastic restaurants.

The main motorway links in the area mean that all of the Spanish coastal resorts are easily accessible for day trips from this central base. Skiing at Granada can also be enjoyed albeit a 3 hour drive to the ski area of Sierra Nevada.

The La Torre Golf Resort area

La Torre Golf Resort is one of seven local Polaris World Golf Resorts in the Murcia region of Spain. Within a 10 minute drive there are currently three challenging Jack Nicklaus designed golf courses to enjoy at a DISCOUNT RATE THROUGH RENTAL OF THIS APARTMENT. These are LA TORRE, MAR MENOR, and EL VALLE Golf Resorts, all linked with a free shuttle bus service.

The 'Florida Style' resort is fully enclosed with 24 hour security, at the heart of the resort is a spectacular waterside village complete with luxury clubhouse, pro shop, bars, restaurants and a large feature lake. The resort also houses a substantial golf driving range and putting green, tennis courts, many communal swimming pools with outdoor jacuzzi's, a supermarket and a health and beauty salon.

Travel to the Murcia region is very easy with low cost airlines flying into Murcia-San Javier (MJV - 15mins) and Alicante (ALC - 50mins).

At next roundabout take 2nd exit signposted AP7 San Pedro del Pinatar/Alicante. Take 1st Right onto C3319 signposted Murcia.
At next roundabout take 2nd exit signposted C3319 Murcia. After 13km pass La Torre Golf Resort on left.
Take 2nd exit on right signposted Sucina/El Garruchal.
At next roundabout take 3rd exit signposted San Javier cross flyover.
At next roundabout take 2nd exit signposted San Javier.
At next roundabout take 1st exit signposted Urbanizacion. La Torre Golf Resort is 2km on the Right.

“Stayed at many apartments on La Torre- this one was the best.” I stayed at this apartment for a week in July. It was very clean, well furnished and ideally located for the club house and town centre. It has a very nice terrace overlooking the 18th and had the sun for most of the day. The owners keyholder was also very helpful. I will definately saty again.
