The Costa Calida/Murcia region

Murcia enjoys an enviable climate - over 300 days of sunshine a year with an average temperature of 21 degrees, which means you can enjoy the outdoor life all year round.

Murcia is also a place of great beauty with lush landscapes, breathtaking mountain views, fertile vineyards and outstanding beaches.

Murcia is known as the Garden Of Europe, with Locally grown produce always available.
The region is famous for its superb fresh fish - salt cod and grey mullet roe are the local speciality.
Don't forget to try the areas fresh goat cheese, meats and bread.

There are a number of fine wines in the area. The most well known are Designations of Orgin, Jumilla, Yecla and Bullas - all of which are certainly worth trying.

La Torre Golf Resort has many features and activities on site, in the village you will find shops restaurants, bars and the fitness centre.

La Torre is a gated community which has 24 - hour Security with CCTV at the main Gate, as well as discrete security patrols around the site.

Tennis court are available as are coaching services.

There is a medical centre, phamacy & supermarket on site.

As well as The Excellent Golf Course on Site you can play on any of the other Polaris World Courses (just hop on the Complimentary bus).

Many beaches can be found in the area, Los Alcares, La Manga, Lo Pagan, Mar Menor & San Pedro del Pinatar Just to mention a few, all of these beaches can be reached by car within 15 minutes.

The historical centre of Murcia will provide you with imposing architecture, bustling plazas, trendy bars & cafes.

The Salt Lakes & Natural Mud Spas can be found near San Pedro Del Pinatar.

Many water sports i.e. Dive School, Boat Trips, Beach Water Activities, Fishing Ect. can be found around La Manga.

Beautiful countryside and mountains views can be found all around the region, whether travelling by car, bicycle or on foot.

How to get there

There are more than six low cost airlines flying daily from the uk major airports into Murcia (San Javier) airport.Travel time by car is approximately 15 mins. (meet & greet service is available, prices given on request).
Low cost flights are also available into Alicante airport, Travel time to the resort by car is approximately 45 mins. (meet & greet service is available, prices given on request).
