If you are looking to get away and relax then this is the ideal place to come and stay. With its own garden and terrace, you can spend the evenings drinking chilled wine and basking in the late sun. The apartment is West facing and so benefits from sunshine all afternoon and in to the evening.
If you prefer you can have a BBQ and sit out on a rug in the garden. Do whatever you want! The apartment overlooks the pool and communal gardens and therefore unlike other areas on the resort you are not overlooked by the golf course. It is also close to the main clubhouse and children play area.
Playing golf, eating out, swimming, sleeping, visiting the area - these are all things that are very easy to do.

The Costa Calida/Murcia region
The La Torre Golf Resort is located in one of the most beautiful regions of Spain, enjoying a perfect climate all year round, with over 310 days of sunshine per year. It is said to be the "healthiest place in Europe" by the World Health Organisation.
MURCIA - is a vibrant cosmopolitan city with wonderful architecture, only 15 minutes drive from La Torre. There is a stunning cathedral with year-round exhibitions, wonderful shops and tapas bars, and even a casino.
In the other direction, only 10 minutes drive away from the resort, are the glorious sandy beaches of the MAR MENOR and LA MANGA.
The beautiful Mar Menor is separated from the Mediterranean by a strip of sand 22km long, which forms a barrier and has created a shallow, warm lagoon. There are over 44km of beaches with protected bays and coves on the sides of the Mar Menor and the water is no more than 7m at its deepest point; this and the absence of tides make the Mar Menor an excellent location for all types of water sports as well as an ideal place for children. The Mar Menor’s waters warm up early in the spring and stay at a fairly consistent temperature throughout the season. The concentration of salt and iodine in the water of the lagoon is reputed to be beneficial to sufferers of rheumatism and skin complaints.
La Torre Golf Resort area
For 2008/2009, I have signed an exclusive agreement, unavailable with any other property in Polaris World resorts, with one of Murcia's leading sports and adventure companies. This means that I can offer guests a comprehensive range of activities from diving to mountain biking to sailing and much more. All activitires include transfers and an english speaking guide. If you like the beach then this can be reached via a 10 min drive to the Mar Menor or you can decide to visit further up or down the coast. Many of the towns and villages have festivals going on throughout the year which always make for a vibrant day out.
Golf is very popular in this region. Once you have played La Torre, there are any number of first rate courses to play in the area and all are easily reached.
How to get there
The property is easily reached via two main airports.
1. San Javier: EasyJet, RyanAir, Monarch - 20 mins from the property 2. Alicante: most UK based airlines fly here inc BA - 45 mins from the property

Further details indoors: The apartment is air conditioned with a modern kitchen. The two bedrooms have fitted wardrobes with plenty of hangers. We've provided an iron and ironing board, towels, linen, clothes dryers, washing machine etc - in other words, hopefully everything you need to have an easy and relaxing holiday.
Please take out your CDs and DVDs. There is a TV and stereo system for you to play them on. You can eat inside or outside as we have a garden. There is an indoor dining table and chairs as well as smart wooden garden furniture if you want to eat there.
Further details outdoors: One of the main features of this apartment is a lovely garden at the front. This means that if you prefer to sit there rather than at the pool, you have the choice. People with children find the fact that they can open the doors and let the children play outside in full view is both more relaxing and reassuring. Apartments on other floors do not offer this facility.

We offer an English speaking representative on hand to answer any questions. You can use them to pick you up from the airport or meet you at the resort gates to take you to take you to the property. At the end of your stay, they will handle the checkout and cleaning so you don't need to worry. You pay them directly for this service.
We can also arrange for a food essentials shop to be done for you and left in the aparment. This will start you off until you can get to the supermarket on the resort.
If there is something else you would like e.g. Champagne on arrival, then please let us know and we will do our best to help you. Most things are possible.
Conditions
Smoking is not allowed within the property. Your booking is secured via a non-refundable deposit of 50% of the rental for the period. This is payable on booking. Full balance is required four weeks prior to your holiday. A deposit of £200 is required which will be refunded within two weeks of your stay subject to a satisfactory checkout report from our agent locally.
