Whatever you choose to do, this lovely two bedroom, two bathroom town-house, furnished to a high standard and located within 20 metres of a superb swimming pool and two full size tennis courts offers you the ideal base.
Le Torre Gold Resort is encircled by a two-metre high perimeter wall, has gated entrances and on-site 24 hour security with CCTV support, providing an exclusive and private holiday and golfing location and the assurance that you and your family can enjoy total peace of mind throughout your stay.
The accommodation comprises:
Bedrooms: 1 double bedroom and 1 twin bedroom (each with electric ceiling fan lights, large fitted wardrobes, drawer units and free standing electric fans) plus a double leather sofa bed in the lounge.
Bathroom and separate Shower Room with W.C and Bidet.
Lounge/Dining Room: with Air Conditioning, Wi-Fi Router, HD LCD 3D 32" SMart TV, 3D Blu-Ray Player, HD Digibox Satellite TV Receiver and CD/Radio.
Breakfast Kitchen: with electric hobs and oven, fridge-freezer, microwave, dishwasher, washing machine, kettle and toaster.
Cable Internet access in both bedrooms and lounge and Wi-Fi throughout the property.
Utility Room: with clothes airer, iron, ironing-board, vacuum cleaner,3 x top quality tennis rackets and 2 x children's starter tennis rackets. Also 2 x lilos , children's Dinghy and Foot Pump .
Front garden with a pergola-covered parking space for one car, plus ample, free street parking available.
Ground-floor: secluded patio with table and 4 chairs, overlooking gardens and the swimming pool, with external lighting, ensuring you can enjoy eating and relaxing outside well into the late evening.
First-floor: large private terrace, again overlooking the swimming pool and tennis courts, with external lighting, 2 x sun loungers and Rattan Suite comprising: Two-seater Settee, 2 x Armchairs, Coffee Table , Large Cushion Storage Box, Heavy Duty Parasol Base and Wind-up Parasol.
In addition to 22 communal swimming pools,2 tennis courts, several children's play areas and a Jack Nicklaus 'signature' golf course, you will have access to the 5 Star Club House, with terrace bars and an excellent restaurant, overlooking the lake, the 18th hole and the driving range.
Within 100 yards of the Club House you will find Le Torre Town Centre, with access to the 5 Star Inter-Continental Hotel and Conference Centre, a bank, several shops and restaurants, an Ice Cream Parlour, Tapas Bar and Irish Theme Bar. There are also free shuttle services to Le Torre's sister golf resorts (Alhambra and Mar Menor) and to Corte Ingles, for those who crave some shopping therapy!
Le Torre Golf Resort is 20 Kilometres from the Costa Calida coastline and from Murcia Airport (San Javier) with economy flights daily from many UK and European Cities. It is only a 15 minutes' drive away from:
• Loz Alcazares: with its wonderful promenades, beach bars and plentiful restaurants;
• Pedro do Pinotar: where you can see flocks of flamingos and enjoy the salt lakes and wildlife preserves: - arguably the healthiest environment in the whole of Europe;
• Santiago de la Ribera: where you can take a 30 minute ferry-ride to La Manga to try and spot a famous footballer or two or eat at one of the excellent sea-food restaurants on the beach, looking out onto the Mar Manor lagoon.
Le Torre is only a 40 minute drive away from the ancient and very beautiful City of Murcia, with its famous Cathedral, bustling Old Town, fashionable shops and busy night-life.
Meet and Greet and other charges
Joy, our English and Spanish-speaking key holder, will meet and greet you at the Gates to the Resort, escort you to the property, explain how everything functions (air-conditioning, cooker, central heating, security etc) advise you about current events and answer any questions you may have .
Our Monday to Saturday 'office hours' Meet and Greet service, which would usually cost €20, is included within your rental price. However, if you are intending to arrive early morning or late at night on a Monday to Saturday there will be a fee of €20 payable to Joy on arrival. If you intend to arrive or depart on a Sunday, this feed rises to €40, as this is Joy's one day off work.
A 10% security and damage deposit is required as insurance against damage and breakages. This is payable together with the balance of your holiday costs. The full amount will be refunded within 10 days of your departure providing everything is in order when the property is inspected on your departure.
Please be aware that there is a standard on-departure cleaning charge (a minimum of €50) which must be paid directly to Joy on arrival.
A Welcome Pack, comprising essentials such as Tea, Coffee, Milk, Bread, Cereal, Butter and a bottle of Wine, plus any additional items you may wish to purchase can be ordered from Joy a few days prior to your arrival (prices dependent on products ordered). Alternatively, you may wish to stop off at the on-site Supermarket, close to the front gates of the Resort, and stock up on provisions on your way to the property.
Parents of under 5's should be aware that this house has a master bedroom upstairs and the twin bedroom is on the ground floor. A cot or highchair can be provided, at an additional cost of €15 per week. However, we do not supply safety gates.
Interim cleans and/or linen and towel changes can be arranged. Prices are available from Joy, our Property Manager, on application.

The Murcia region
If you are looking for sun, sea and sand or a chance to see some unique flora and fauna, Murcia can meet your needs.
With over 170 km of coastline, Murcia offers sun seekers the chance to alight on numerous coves, small beaches and sand dunes, in addition to some excellent major tourist spots at Cartagena, Los Alcazares and Torrevieja. "A home away from home"
I traveled with my mother, and two teenage brothers, along with extended family of aunt, young cousins in their own townhouse. This was the third time we came to La Torre and we absolutely loved this Townhouse. By far, the best house we have stayed in, with almost everything being available and thought of for our convenience. The Complex of La Torre is somewhat limited in terms of entertainment (which is why we love it), but the owner had also remedied this by way of a massive (and massively helpful) folder filled to the brim of helpful maps, printouts and write-ups on everything in the locale, from the local bars, restaurants, take-aways, shopping and commercial centers, markets and beaches, along with great little hand-written added tips, such as the best place to park at the beach or which markets run on which days.
The owner has been more than great with (after us sending numerous emails, changing dates) and in general communication. The same being said for his key holder on site, very accommodating and super helpful, checking in on us and answering all our questions.
Overall, we love,love, love LaTorre and even more-so after our amazing stay in 10 Boqueron !!!

"Ideal location for a family holiday"
The house overlooked one of the larger pools and tennis courts next to it. We made use of the tennis rackets and had a go, early in the morning mind up, even in late june the temperatures were already… More

Thank you very much for arranging for us to stay at you villa at short notice,
We have stay on this street for the last four years,
The villa is I fantastic location for pool and tennis court, which our girls love,
Also just a short walk to the golf club bar and restaurants.
The villa was at a high standards with its furniture and my husband loved the full sky package, when he had enough of the sun, also travelled with teenage daughter who was static when we had wifi as usually we have had to go down to the golf club.

Just back from john's townhouse and all I can say it is fab. It is definitely in the best position as you get the sun the whole day sitting in the upstairs terrace. The views are amazing ,you look right onto the pool and the tennis courts ( which we used) and you can see the golf course too which we played quite tricky course but very enjoyable . The inside of the house is very comfortable and has everything you could possibly need. Home from home. John leaves a big folder of all the things around and further afield to visit and it is very useful with directions and the best places to eat it is very handy information. Joy is the key holder of the property and she is amazing, she is always on hand if you needed her. The resort is very quiet so if you looking for a total chill out holiday this is the place but a 15 minute drive to Los alcazares where the beach is is stunning you can walk for miles along the promenade and then further up there is a street with bars and restaurants and it's quite busy . Great food and very reasonably priced. The Italian restaurant in La Torre is a lovely place to eat and again very cheap. We hope to visit again and would definitely book this townhouse again it's the best.

"Modern, well equipped, safe, clean, very well kept and perfect for relaxing"
A spacious, modern two bed with all mid cons. The kids and adults alike we were very impressed with the wifi and smart TV. We were able to play movies on u tube and keep phone bill reasonable with the wifi. The management were so helpful and the complex is very well kept. There's an upstairs balcony south facing where u can get sun all day overlooking the pool. Sun comes up at 6.
My only problem is that there are no sun loungers by the pool but we purchased some so it worked out ok. Well stocked kitchen, perfect for a relaxing family holiday. Pubs within walking distance but your prob best get a car for going out and about. Great water parks and wildlife park and lovely beaches near by. I'd definatly go back.

"Great Food, Great Weather, Great Property, Great holiday!"
A group of 4 of us came out to this property for my Birthday in May. We were very impressed by it's overall standard; well furnished, very comfortable and clean the property directly overlooks the swimming pool and is a stone's throw from the tennis courts too (It was as though we had our own private pool and courts!) If you're looking for a private getaway or like us a more lively holiday with great access to the main town (and its bars + restaurants), complex centre/golf course this certainly one of the better Town-Houses to look at! A special thanks to John for organising everything, we can't wait to go back in October :)
