This stunning ground floor apartment is furnished to an extremely high standard and offers excellent frontline views of the golf course and also overlooks a lovely communal swimming pool. The property is located just a couple of minutes walk from the clubhouse and the resort's town centre with its bars and restaurants and the 5 star Intercontinental Hotel, which opened on New Year's Eve. The fantastic beach at Los Alcazares is only a 15 minutes drive away.
There is a large, beautifully furnished lounge and dining room with a LCD television and DVD player, a fully equipped modern kitchen, a spacious south-east facing terrace with a table and chairs as well as sun loungers for the garden. The luxurious bedrooms each have french doors on to a private terrace. With central heating and air conditioning this is the perfect place for both summer and winter holidays and is ideal for families and golfers alike.

The Costa Calida/Murcia region
The resort is located on the Costa Calida or "Warm Coast", which has a spectacular coastline with beautiful beaches of white sand, impressive cliffs and the largest salt-water lagoon in Europe - the crystal clear Mar Menor, where the water is calm and shallow and warmer than the rest of the Mediterranean, making it especially suitable for families.
Murcia enjoys an ideal climate with average temperatures ranging from 12°C in winter to 25°C in summer and approximately 325 sunny days per year.
The cities of Murcia and Cartagena are 15 to 20 minutes drive from the resort and offer great shopping, magnificent architecture and a rich cultural heritage.
La Torre Golf Resort area
The prestigious 5 star Polaris World resort is built around a Jack Nicklaus designed, 18 hole, par 68 signature course, which makes extensive use of lakes and lush green fairways.
There are many additional leisure facilities including a driving range, putting green, golf shop, numerous communal swimming pools, tennis courts, internet stations, children's play areas, landscaped gardens, the beautiful clubhouse and the spectacular town centre with its bars (relax with a cocktail in Pino's bar watching the sun set over the golf course), many restaurants (the buffet lunch in La Encina is beautifully laid out and great value). There is also a well stocked supermarket and an upmarket beauty and health store.
There is an aqua park and zoo in Murcia for a fun family day out. There is a Polaris World travel agent in the clubhouse where you can arrange horse riding, boat trips and excursions to Madrid, Grenada.
How to get there
Travel to La Torre is straightforward and easy with direct motorway access from the airports of San Javier (15 minutes) and Alicante (55 minutes).

Conditions
Changeover cleaning charge of £60 per booking. If you would like a 'meet & greet' at the resort from our representative; £20 up to 8pm, £30 after 8pm, £65 after midnight. Refundable deposit of £175 required, to be refunded within two weeks of your departure (subject to satisfactory property inspection). 25% deposit to secure booking. Final balance due 8 weeks prior to arrival. Cancellations prior to 8 weeks would mean loss of deposit, within 8 weeks to arrival would mean loss of 80% of total cost, within 4 weeks to arrival 100% loss of total cost. Bookings in July and August are from saturday to saturday (please call if you want us to consider another day or less than 1 week stay)

We had a fabulous holiday. The apartment was great for all the family and we had the pool to ourselves most of the time. La Torre was excellent and we enjoyed meals at the restaurants and playing pool in Pino's bar.
