Stunning & luxurious - this 2 bedroom 2 bathroom townhouse in the exclusive golf resort of La Torre is a place like no other. Whether you're a keen golfer or looking for a relaxed holiday in the sun, you can be sure of a wonderful stay at Shanti Dham.

This 3 floor property has been furnished to an exceptionally high standard and is set in exquisite surroundings. With a fully equipped kitchen, cooking up a storm and eating-in is a definite option with no washing up as the kitchen includes a dishwasher! In addition, the resort offers excellent bars and restaurants, such as Irish & Tapas bars, Italian restaurants, plus a wonderful Ice-Cream Parlour - all just minutes away!

The property is fully air conditioned and also has ceiling fans in the bedrooms as well as central heating for the winter. Also provided is a 26" LCD TV with Sky (including Sky Sports), DVD player as well as CD/Radio player to keep you entertained.

Just a stones throw away from the golf course, swimming pools, and all the amenities of the resort centre, Shanti Dham is in a great location whilst also offering a good degree of privacy at the rear of the property. The private solarium is the perfect spot to enjoy glorious sunsets over orange and almond groves.

All in all, you're stay at Shanti Dham is sure to be a memorable and pleasant experience!

Smoking outside only please

A refundable deposit of £200 is required at time of booking to cover breakages. This will be returned within two weeks of leaving, following a satisfactory property and itinerary inspection.

An end of stay cleaning charge of 60 Euros is payable locally on departure .

Offering the hottest weather in Spain, the ‘warm coast’ lives up to its name. The summer lasts from Easter to November, making a great place for an off-season getaway. The lagoon of Mar Menor offers warm shallow waters, ideal swimming conditions for children. The coast is a must for sports fanatics, with the huge Club La Manga offering three golf courses amongst other facilities.

Naturally, one of the resort's big attractions is the Jack Nicklaus designed golf course, an 18-hole course which combines all types of distances and hazards.

The beautiful beaches of Mar Menor and the coastline are within easy reach and the resort is also well situated for spending time exploring the historic towns of Murcia and Cartagena.

The property is an easy 15-20 minute journey from Murcia (San Javier) airport. There are many low cost airlines flying direct from the UK and Europe, including Easyjet, Ryanair, Jet2, Monarch and BMI Baby to name a few. Alternatively, the resort is around an hour's journey (100km) from Alicante.

The beautiful beaches of the Mar Menor are around a quarter of an hour away, taking in some of the wonderful local countryside en-route.

“Great quiet townhouse just a stones throw from the swimming pool!” Lovely townhouse, well located on a brilliant resort. Would certainly recommend and will definitely be returning!
