Luxurious and spacious 3 bed / 2 bath detached bungalow style villa (sleeping up to 6) with beautiful pool and south facing gardens. Very conveniently situated to La Torre Golf resort facilities, located in the sunniest part of Spain. Ideal for all types of holiday makers not just golfers.

The villa is located only five minutes walk to the La Torre town centre, supermarket and golf club house. Fully furnished to a very high standard and benefitting from air-conditioning throughout to comfortably sleep up to 6 people. Outside there is a private pool, shower, garden, patio dining area and large rooftop sun-terrace; all to make the most of the warm Spanish sunshine.

La Torre Golf Resort is located in the sunniest region of Spain near the Mar Menor, a particularly warm and safe sea lagoon, close to several international airports served by low cost airlines (only a few hours flying time from the UK).

The Murcia region

The La Torre Golf Resort is located close to the shores of the Mar Menor (a large in-land sea lagoon providing warm, shallow, calm, safe and even mineral-rich therapeutic swimming conditions) and the Mediterranean Sea, in the Costa Calida region of Murcia. The La Torre Golf Resort / Polaris World, La Torre area

La Torre is a self-contained 'gated' resort with Mediterranean-style, whitewashed villas, townhouses and apartments, a 18-hole championship golf course, 12 communal swimming pools, tennis courts, children play-areas, tree-lined avenues and beautifully landscaped gardens. The town centre built around a large lake in the theme of a fishing village, provides shops, restaurants, cafes and bars. A five star hotel and spa complex is soon to complete. All just five minutes walk from the villa. Staff are very friendly and speak good English.

The resort is built by Polaris World and the golf course designed by Jack Nicklaus. The greens are fantastic, the fairways are beautiful and the bunkers are unfortunately everywhere! La Torre is part of the "Nicklaus Golf Trail" which will boast 9 courses within a radius of 25 km and the best golf experience in Europe. There are 4 courses currently open. Discounted green-fees are available for Polaris World courses.

Resort tenants are allowed full access to all Polaris World resorts and their facilities...presently Mar Menor, El Valle and Riquelme ; all within 15 mins drive. A free shuttle-bus links all Polaris World resorts. Polaris World also organise regular entertainment events, including excursions, parties and live music, throughout the year (please contact owner for current entertainment programme).

Please note, a car is not necessary as the villa is so well located near all resort amenities..

La Torre Golf Resort is situated 15 mins from San Javier / Murcia (MJV) airport and 45 mins from Alicante airport (ALC). Both airports have excellent road links to the resort.

Budget airlines, including FlyBe, Monarch, Jet 2, EasyJet and RyanAir fly from regional airports in the UK to either San Javier or Alicante.

Numerous car hire companies operate from both airports. Directions from San Javier airport are ... Take 2nd exit off roundabout for Murcia onto AP7 motorway. Leave motorway at Murcia 3319 exit. Travel approximately 10k and take exit for Succina el Garuchal and proceed back over motorway via flyover. Turn left then right onto service road signed urbanisation and carry on until entrance for La Torre.

Alternatively, a taxi or an airport pick-up can be arranged (please contact owner if required).
