The apartment is located behind the 16th green fairway at La Torre Golf Resort and enjoys lfantastic golf views towards the mountains in the distance. The apartment is very spacious and has a large covered terrace with table and chairs and sunloungers to make the most of the beautiful views.
The apartment is furnished to a very high standard and includes leather sofas, LCD wide screen TV, DVD, a solid wood dining table and wicker chairs. Being located on the 2nd floor the property can be accessed by lift from the ground floor or parking area. A beautiful pool area is direcly in front of the apartment.
The aparment is a 5 minute walk from the resort centre and clubhouse.

The Costa Calida/Murcia region
La Torre Golf Resort is located close to Murcia airport and is perfect for breaks from the UK. It is a short drive from the beaches of the Mar Menor and numerous golf course including La Serena, Roda Golf, La Managa, Hacienda del Alamo, Mosa Trajectum and La Torre, which are all within a 30 minute drive. There are many small towns a short drive from the resort with great restaurants and beautiful promenades. The cities of Murcia and Cartagena are also within a 30 minute drive and are well worth a visit.

Within the resort is a fabulous 18 hole Nicklaus golf course, driving range , putting green, golf shop, large supermarket, beauty/health store, numerous communal pools, tennis courts, internet stations, children's play areas, landscaped gardens and a beautiful social club with bars and restaurants.
