This new lovely apartment on the second floor only a few minutes walk from the golf club house, supermarket and all the other resort shops and restaurants and hotel.
The resort is quiet and peaceful, there are large areas around the resort for children to play in the gardens and for adults to take a stroll around the well kept varied plant life in its gardens, or to have a dip in the many swimming pools available.
The apartment being a corner unit offers a good sized terrace, to dine out in the evening and also offers good views around the resort and surrounding area of Murcia. The resort is calm and tranquil and offers peace of mind being protected by an efficient security service.
There are thirteen swimming pools on the resort to try out.

The setting that surrounds you at La Torre Golf Resort is incomparable, with a magnificent golf course and the sea only 10 minutes away. All this in one of the regions with the greatest yearly number of sunny days, an average temperature of 21º C, and 250 km of shoreline over two seas: the Minor and the Mediterranean. A land of contrasts, with a landscape that is home to high mountain natural parks, and wonderful beaches such as those of La Manga, Mazarrón and Calblanque.

La Torre is a part of the "Minor Sea Shores" complex, a privileged area that brings together all Polaris World Resorts within a radius of a few kilometres. This way residents can enjoy the entire range of complex services, together with excellent access to the region´s most important cities such as Murcia and Cartagena.

Our property is managed by a DS Property Services , they will ensure that you will have a first class service during your stay at our apartment.
You will be greeted by their repersentive, who will explain all the facilities in your apartment and the resorts. There is also their Customer Service Call Centre, available 24 hour a day to assist you.
Please leave fee for cleaning apartment on departure of 60 EUROS, in a envelope for DS Property Services.

We can offer breakfast packs, champagne and flowers to make the your stay as enjoyable as possible. they have multilingual team of tourism specialists with the opportunity to take charge of all your resort requirements, allowing you to just sit back and enjoy your vacation.
You will be looked after by one of Spain’s most prestigious vacation club companies, they will make your holiday as enjoyable as you would want to.
During your stay sheets and towels can be changed once a week and the apartment can also be cleaned , if you require this service, let us know.
Fresh sheets, quilts and, towels are included in your rental price.
