This beautiful and well appointed apartment is found on the new 5* La Torre Golf Resort. Situated close to San Javier airport, the resort offers an easily accessible oasis of luxury and peace for those looking either to relax by the large pool, play golf on the Jack Nicklaus Golf Trail or explore the unspolit Murcia area. The warm and calm waters of the Mar Menor lagoon are 10 minutes away, as are the unspoilt seaside towns of Los Alcazares Santiago de la Ribera. The airconditioned/heated apartment has 2 bedrooms(with direct access onto a balcony wich enjoys the evening sun), large bathroom, living and dining areas, kitchen with additional storage cabinets, and a large balcony with furniture overlooking the pool & gardens, golf course and the Murcia countryside. The apartment also has secure underground heating.

The Costa Calida/Murcia region
With an average daily temperature of 21º, the Murcia area of Spain offers a lovely climate for year round holidays - long, hot summers for traditional family holidays, warm autumn and spring seasons (perfect for golf)- and mild winters, ideal to get away from the colder climates of northern Europe. Murcia is an unspoilt area of Spain, relatively new to tourism, but with the advantage of the La Manga holiday desintations and facilities close by , and the traditional tourist attractions and theme parks of the Benidorm area are around an hour's drive. The tranquil and warm waters of the Mar Menor lagoon are only 10 minutes drive from La Torre. These waters are very popular with young familities, and the seaside towns of Los Alcazares and Santiago de la Ribera make a welcome change from the overcrowded and noisy resorts futher north. The historic cities of Murcia and Cartangena are within a half hour drive and offer traditional Spanish museums, restaurants as well as trendy shopping centres and modern leisure facilities.
La Torre Golf Resort area
Murcia is becomming one of the most popular areas in Europe for golfers. As guests at the La Torre resort, our clients would enjoy access to all the Polaris World golf courses on the Jack Nicklaus Trail. Transportation between courses as well as special offers for guests will be introduced soon. The La Torre resort also offer tennis, several swimming pools and children's play areas.The Club House also organises social events and excursions, and there are often live music shows and events at the bars. Water sports are also popular in this area and scuba diving schools can be found at the La Mange club and on the coast. For families who enjoy the more traditional holiday activties, a trip north towards Benidorm will bring you to the lovely Terra Natura eco-friendly theme park ,with wild animals and atttractions as well as a wonderful waterpark with huge lagoon pool. The Terra Mittica theme park is situated next door, with with a mix of white knuckle rides, water rides and activies. Also in Benidorm are the MundoMar sealife centre with dolphin and sealion shows, as well as the Aqualandia water park.
How to get there
San Javier Murcia airport is only 15km away. Many UK airlines, including low cost carriers, now fly to San Javier. Alicante airport is a 45 minute drive away.

" We were extremely impressed with this lovely and well equipped apartment, as well as the luxury of the whole La Torre resort. This apartment probably has one of the best locations on La Torre - we loved watching the golfers from the balcony, and the views were lovely.
