The Costa Calida/Murcia region
With the Costa Calida region offering temperatures of 21 degrees centigrade and up to 320 days of sunshine it's a glorious place to explore. The coastline of Murcia is characterised by its sandy beaches. A refundable breakages deposit of £150.00 is required at the booking stage and is refunded to you within 2 weeks of your return (subject to satisfactory property inspection). If you cancel the booking within 4 weeks of arrival your deposit will not be refunded. There is a cleaning charge of 80 euros per stay. Please note that wristbands have to be worn to use facilities. If these are lost, then a charge of 30 euros per band will be charged. Short term rentals are welcomed at £25 per night. No pets allowed Smoking only on the terrace
