About the home

This brand new, luxury 2 bedroom, 1 bathroom apartment is a fantastic place to spend time. It has been furnished to a very high standard by Polaris World home furnishings and contains everything you will need for your stay.

The apartment is situated overlooking the 16th fairway and I am sure you will agree from the photographs, it has stunning views of water and mountains.

The setting that surrounds you at La Torre Golf Resort is incomparable, with a magnificent golf course and the sea a short distance away. Mar Menor Golf Resort is just 10 minutes away and residents at La Torre may also use their facilities, which includes a Jack Nicklaus golf course.

A refundable breakages deposit of £200.00 is required at the booking stage and is refunded to you within 2 weeks of your return (subject to satisfactory property inspection).
If you cancel the booking within 4 weeks of arrival your deposit will not be refunded.
There is a cleaning charge of 85 euros per stay, (90 euros for arrivals after 7.30pm) this includes meet and greet on site, where you will be shown to your apartment, advised of the local facilities available and issued keys.
Please note that wristbands have to be worn to use facilities. If these are lost, then a charge of 30 euros per band will be charged.
Short term rentals are welcomed starting from £25 per night.
No pets allowed

The Murcia region

The La Torre Golf Resort area
