The Costa Calida/Murcia region

The resort is situated with easy access to beaches and towns of the Mar Menor. This region of Spain is recognised by the World Health Organisation as "the healthiest place in Europe!" Not suprising with over 315 days of sunshine a year and great Mediterranean food

The historic centre of Murcia, with its imposing architecture, great shopping, and trendy bars and cafes is a short drive, while the therapeutic waters of the Mar Menor are a short distance to the east. Further along the motorway is Cartagena a fascinating port and city with plenty of culture.

Terra Natura Zoo and Waterpark has recently opened in Murcia - 20 minutes away and are both great ways of entertaining the children.

La Torre Golf Resort is a Polaris World development near Torre Pacheco in the Murcia region of South East Spain. The resort is approximately 15 minutes from Murcia City and 10 minutes from the beaches of the Mar Menor. The resort is serviced by 2 airports of Alicante (40 mins) and San Javier (10mins) .

The golf resort of 1,400,000 square metres is built around a Nicklaus designed 18 hole golf course. This combines luxurious homes amongst beautifully landscaped gardens supported by EDSA - a leading US company in designing tourist complexes around the the world.

At the heart of La Torre you will find a spectacular Town Centre.and includes a Social and Golf Club and includes a large variety of international restaurants, cafes and pubs, a luxury Intercontinental hotel with 200 rooms, conference centre, spas and fitness centres(completion Dec 2008). During June, July; August and September there is a £25/ week supplement for Air Conditioning if required. Fans are available in all rooms.

£55 departure clean is payable - additional mid-stay cleaning can be arranged.
25% deposit is required to reserve the penthouse, with the balance payable 8 weeks prior to your arrival.
A refundable security deposit of £150.00 is required . This will be refunded within 2 weeks of your departure (subject to satisfactory property inspection)
