The property is beautifully furnished and benefits from full air conditioning (lounge and bedrooms) and gas central heating throughout, making it perfect for holidays around year. With UK TV you can keep up to date with all your favourite TV shows. There is also a DVD player (please bring along your own DVDs). There is also a sofa bed which increases occupancy to a maximum of six.
The large south west facing upper terrace is bathed in sun throughout the year and has wonderful views over the golf course. It is the perfect spot for sun bathing and watching the golfers go by. On the terrace you'll find sun loungers, a parasol and a table and four chairs. The lower covered terrace is the prefect spot for dining al-fresco and enjoying your favourite tipple in the shade. There's a dining table and 6 chairs and an electric griddle for cooking outside.
The accommodation downstairs compromises a large open plan lounge/ kitchen with dining area, a large covered dining terrace, a well sized twin bedroom and a family bathroom. Upstairs there is a large master bedroom, an additional familiy bathroom and access to the large sun terrace with sun loungers, parasol, table and chairs and great views over the golf course.
LT009 is a fantastic property with wonderful views and close to a huge swimming pool and tennis courts.

The Costa Calida/Murcia region
La Torre Golf Resort is located close to Murcia airport and is perfect for breaks from the UK. It is a short drive from the beaches of the Mar Menor and numerous golf course including La Serena, Roda Golf, La Managa, Hacienda del Alamo, Mosa Trajectum and La Torre, which are all within a 30 minute drive. There are many small towns a short drive from the resort with great restaurants and beautiful promenades. The cities of Murcia and Cartegena are also within a 30 minute drive and are well worth a visit.
