A 2nd Floor 2 bedroomed apartment furnished to a very high standard with balcony offering excellent views of large double communal pool and gardens perfect for al fresco dining. A children's play area, swings and fully enclosed pool make it ideal for families. The resort benefits from a superb 18 hole par 69 golf course designed by Jack Nicklaus and is set around a large lake.

The apartment offers a very spacious bright open plan living dining area and a fully fitted well equipped kitchen. Both bedrooms are furnished in a contemporary style and can be set as twin or doubles with the added option of a sofa bed. The apartment has full air conditioning and central heating with lift access to all floors.

The resort is fully contained and offers a variety of restaurants and bars as well as a five star hotel with indoor pool and spa facilities. There is also a supermarket, travel agent, bank, Conference centre with internet access and hairdressing and beauty salon. There are excellent facilities for golfers including club house and pro shop. Other facilities include tennis courts and bicycle hire.

The Murcia region

The Costa Calida and in particular the region of Murcia is known for it's typically Mediterranean climate, the nearby Mar Menor is a natural sea water shallow lagoon particularly suitable for young families. The natural inlet makes it ideal for sailing, windsurfing and kite surfing. There are great facilities along the beaches including many beach bars and cafes. There are plenty of coastal towns and villages to visit as well as the beautiful Cathederal city of Murcia and the naval port of Cartagena.

La Torre Golf Resort boasts an excellent 18 hole par 69 golf coarse designed by Jack Nicklaus and set around a large lake. There are plenty of coastal towns and villages to visit such as Torre Pacheco and Los Alcazares as well as the beautiful Cathederal city of Murcia only 30 minutes drive away. Great for people watching in the pavement cafes or a spot of retail therapy and a must see the historic Cathederal. Also worth a visit the old Naval port of Cartagena with it's marina and elegant pedestrionised shopping.
