.Villa La Verde has been attractively designed with high class living very much in mind. The accommodation is arranged on two levels, including off road parking. We are situated in a peaceful location within the popular Polaris World La Torre 5*Golf Resort. Our townhouse has two air-conditioned double bedrooms and two bathrooms on each level and can sleep and accommodate 4 persons in luxurious surroundings.
Our townhouse also greatly benefits from having bathrooms on each level, built-in wardrobes, ceiling fans, gas central heating and full remote controlled air conditioning in all rooms. Air conditioning is an essential requirement for Spain if you are to get a “good night” sleep in the hot and humid summer months.
Villa La Verde lay out consists of an entry hallway leading into an open plan lounge and dining area, with seating for 6 persons. Leading off the lounge area is a breakfast bar and equipped kitchen, ideal for self catering. Large patio doors lead from the lounge to our outside lower terrace complete with ceiling fans. We have installed a large screen TV with surround sound, U.K cable channels, DVD player, radio and telephone. All our guests also have the free use of our home computer-printer. Internet High Speed connection can be arranged .for guests at extra charge.
Sleeping accommodation consists of two bedrooms both beautifully furnished. One bedroom has 2 single beds, the other master bedroom has a king size bed. Each bedroom has matching furniture, coordinated, curtains and bedding. The master bedroom upstairs has its own bathroom, TV and DVD player and separate dressing area. Patio doors lead out to the secluded large south facing solarium roof terrace. Both of our terraces are suitable for outside Al Fresco dining or sunbathing. We have provided good selection of quality exterior dining furniture and sun loungers for guest use.

The Costa Calida/Murcia region
The La Torre 5* Golf resort is a few kilometres inland from the fantastic Mar Menor inland sea.The Mar Menor which is a short distance by car has long promenades with large marinas. Also many beaches, shops and restaurants. Nearby Torre Pacheco has excellent communication links with the capital Murcia, Cartengena and all the beaches on the Mar Menor.
Both cities of Cartagena and Murcia are worth a visit for shopping and site seeing. All the major shopping food and department stores can be found in these cities.
The town of Los Alcazares is a very short drive away from La Torre. It is a typical Spanish town with a week long fiesta in October of each year celebrating municipal independence.
A trip to the La Manga beaches is a nice day out and the beaches are clean and safe. For young and old alike Spain in one of the top destinations for a sunshine holiday in winter or summer. Spain with its long hot summer days and cooler winter days is THE IN PLACE to be! Average temperature for this region of Spain is 22C, with over 300 days of sunshine. What more do you want!
La Torre Golf Resort area
Polaris World is based on a 'Florida Style’ resort consisting of a Nicklaus designed 18-hole golf course built to international championship standards and situated within an enclosed perimeter with 24 hour security.
The golf course has been designed to incorporate beautiful lakes and fairways. The 5*star golf clubhouse has a well stocked golf shop, a driving range and practice green, and 5* star restaurant. Carts, buggies and clubs are available to hire and tuition is available.
In the area around La Torre there are many fantastic golf courses. La Torre boasts both a 18 hole champion course and a 9 hole course, which suits all grades of players.

Villa La Verde is situated overlooking the 13th fairway, and benefits from magnificent front line views of the Jack Nicklaus designed 18 hole golf course. Currently on the resort there is an excellent restaurant situated in the Golf Club House complex which has a restaurant and two bars. Internet facilities can also be found at the club house. A reasonably priced, well stocked supermarket and a health and beauty centre are currently open on the resort..
