Home description
Our brand new villa sits on the La Torre Golf and Country resort of Polaris World as seen on British TV it has 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms one of these being an en-suite. There is a fully fitted kithen with an ajoining utility room with washing machine. The Living room is air conditioned/central heated. From the living room there are large patio doors leading to a terrace where you can dine al fresco. The dining room seats 6 people.
The villa boasts a very large sun roof for sun bathing. programmes .There is off street parking with own carport. All bedrooms have ceiling fans. For your peace of mind the Resort is completely walled and is manned 24 hrs a day at the main gate-checking visitors in and out. The resort has numerous communal Swimming pools and an Olympic size swimming pool, there are Tennis courts and a gym with fitness Centre with trainer if required, Dentist, on site supermarket for all your needs with home delivery service if required. There are also cash machines.
If you would like a night out there’s a professional Baby/ Child caring service managed by Polaris World. The Golf Club is only a few minutes away where you will find a fantastic clubhouse with a large restaurant and outside patio area with a view of the large fountain and lake. You can dine inside or out. For the golfer you can play the Jack Nicklaus designed 18-hole golf course with it fantastic shaped bunkers, your own locker and rental golf equipment if required. It’s a must to play. Also 10 mins away by car is the other Polaris world golf course the 9-hole Mar Menor resort, Sergio Garcia has agreed to join the Polaris family, he is the welcoming face who will represent ‘Polaris’ Worldwide. The area boasts of at least another 6 golf courses within 30 minutes drive i.e. La Manga only 10mins, Rhoda only 10 mins also the 3 courses at Villa martin only 25 mins away and you have La Finca approx 30mins away and Alicante course 45 mins. There are more courses slightly further away. Eventually there will be 9 Polaris World golf courses open only to owners or guest which they are already calling the Magic Circle and you as a guest can play anyone of them.
The Mar Menor Beaches are approx 10 mins by car, once on the Costa dine at the outside restaurants, or enjoy tapas at the bars, this part of the coast is very Spanish so you will have plenty of real Spanish food to choose from, and the live music will soon have your feet tapping.

How to get there
From San Javier airport go to motorway. go under motorway bridge and follow sign to Basiicas, go 5/6 klms and you will see La Torre resort on your left. Go on to next turn off and go over the bridge which will put you on the other side of the road going back the way you came . The resort is about a klm down. From Alicant airport get on motorway heading towards Cartagene , go past Torrevieja, San pola towards San Jaiver airport, come off at sign for Basilicas and follow the above
