Frontline ground floor apartment overlooking the 10th Green and recreational area, with shared pool only 50 metres from the terrace. Furnished to a high standard, the Apartment has two bedrooms, with built-in wardrobes and ceiling fans, living/dining room, kitchen with utility area, bathroom, underground parking and a terrace with small garden.

There is a TV, DVD player and a Games Console in the living room, which also benefits from air-conditioning. The dining area seats 4 as does the terrace. The kitchen is fully equipped with a microwave, fridge/freezer, washing machine and all necessary utensils. The bathroom has a bath with shower over. Bedroom configurations can be altered to suit requirements - either two twin bedrooms or one double plus twin.

The Costa Calida/Murcia region

The La Torre Golf Resort is located close to the shores of the Mar Menor and the Mediterranean Sea, in the Costa Calida region of Murcia. The climate is excellent with over 320 days of sunshine each year and average temperatures of 21 degrees.

Costa Calida (the warm coast) is situated between Costa Blanca and Costa de Almeria. The region is easily accessible via Alicante airport (about 50 minutes) and Murcia-San Javier airport (about 15 minutes). Getting around in the region is easy by car as the area has a modern road network connecting all the major towns.

La Torre is located in the Valle de Sol (Valley of the Sun), which makes it exceptionally warm and dry all year round. The location is ideal for golfers and is within 15 minutes of other Polaris World Resort courses as well as La Serena and Roda Golf Resorts. Alternatively the more well known courses in the Costa Blanca, such as Campoamor, Las Ramblas, La Finca and Villamartin can easily be reached. The world famous La Manga Club is only 25 mins away to the south.

La Torre Golf Resort is located within 10km of other Polaris World resorts near Torre Pacheco in the Murcia region of South East Spain. The 'Florida Style' resort of 1,400,000 square metres is built around a Nicklaus-designed 18-hole golf course and will comprise of 2,634 homes, including Villas, Townhouses and Apartments, situated within an enclosed perimeter with 24-hour security. The golf course has been created with meticulous attention to landscaping, carried out by EDSA, an America company that is the world leader in the design of tourist complexes.

At the heart of La Torre you will find a spectacular lakeside village. There will be a 200-room 5-star 'Crowne Plaza' Hotel, as well as many bars and restaurants and extensive leisure facilities. Other facilities on site include:-

La Torre is the just 20 minutes drive from historic Murcia, with its historic Cathedral, and 15 minutes to the Mar Menor coastline. Los Alcazeras is the nearest seaside resort with a wide range of bars and restaurants to cater for all tastes. More locally are the small towns of Roldan and Balsicas. Although there is a supermarket at the resort, the nearest shopping centre is situated just north of the airport at San Javier. Dos Mares has a very large supermarket and a food mall, together with various clothes shops, a cinema and ten-pin bowling alley.

The coastline is varied with lovely beaches and ragged cliffs. The Mar Menor is a shallow sea water lagoon, which makes it very safe for children and provides excellent water sports, including windsurfing and sailing. The port of Cartagena is well worth a visit; as is the quiet fishing village of Cabo de Palos with many fish and seafood restaurants.

For people willing to travel further away, the slopes of the Sierra Nevada mountains can be reached by motorway in 2.5 hours. Also Terra Mitica, one of Spain's largest theme parks, which provides excitement and fun for all the family, especially the young and young at heart, is approximately 1.5 hours drive, with Aqualandia (water park) and Mundomar (exotic marine park) just a little further along the coast.

Fly to Murcia (15 minutes drive) or Alicante (50 minutes drive).
All low cost Airlines fly into one or both of the above Airports from all over the UK.
