Home description
The property is in one of the best locations within La Torre, overlooking the lake and fairway. It has been descibed by another agent as the "most attractive apartment that he currently rents out, out of 29 on his books on La Torre".
The apartment has been furnished to a very high standard but also has a 'home from home' feel about it. It is fully equipped for easy living and has air-conditioning (included in the prices quoted) as well as ceiling fans and central heating for the winter months.
It is ideal for 4 people but there is a double sofa bed if needed in the lounge. There is a table and chairs and sun loungers on the terrace area as well. I have also provided sun loungers round the pool too. There are stunning views over the lake and golf course from the front terrace, and views from the rear terraces over the mountains.
The kitchen is fully equipped with washing machine, dishwasher, fridge freezer, toaster, coffee machine, kettle, and microwave.
All linen and towels are provided. A cot is available €15.00 per week
A safe has also been provided.
Whether for family holidays; golfing breaks; or somewhere just to "chill" this is the place to be ideal for short golfing break long or short.

The Costa Calida/Murcia region
Murcia is one of the regions with the greatest yearly number of sunny days, an average temperature of 21º C, and 250 km of shoreline over two seas: the Menor and the Mediterranean. Its environment is noted for being a land of contrasts, with high mountain natural parks, southern basins with steppe landscapes, and wonderful beaches such as those of La Manga, Mazarrón and Calblanque.
Murcia´s coastline is rich and diverse, with strips of rough waters and coves with placid and serene beaches. Dunes, salt flats, wetlands... The Murcia Region coastline contains a considerable number of areas of unquestionable environmental interest, with many of them being Natural Protected Areas. Places where you can still find native flora and fauna species such as the Phoenician juniper (Sabina mora), a native tree variety, and the "fartet" (Aphanius iberus), a minute and highly unusual fish, the only one of its kind.
Also an ideal holiday location for families as the beaches are only 15 mins away. The mar menor Polaris World is only a 15 minute drive. Golfing in Murcia is the new Portugal!!!!
Granada is approx 2.5 hours drive from La Torre for the skiers / snowboarders that also fancy sun & snow. Granda is recommended for snowboarding as I understand there is a snow park.

I would like to say what a lovely apartment that you have, we liked the look of it from the pictures but this still doesn't do the property enough justice. The property was extremely well equipped and everything was provided for.
The XBOX went down a storm with Tom, and us too (many hours of silence).
La Torre is great, and we look forward to coming back later in the year.

July 2007: Wow is all I can say, what a view from both the front & rear terraces!!! The apartment is superb with everthing we needed. The four of us had a wonderful time & the course is great too. We will be coming back in either sept or Oct for a week!!!!!
