This ideally situated, front line golf, brand new 1st floor 2 Bed apartment on the newest Polaris World site, Las terrazzas De La Torre is the perfect place for a relaxing holiday. Furnished to a high standard our apartment includes all the modern day conveniences, Flat screen TV, DVD player, CD player and Air conditioning/heating in all rooms. A large double terrace overlooks the shared swimming pool and 16th hole fairway, which is perfect for Al frecsco dining and sunbathing.
For families with small children/babies, there is a cot, microwave sterilliser, high chair, as well as some toys, and the all important washing machine!
With one double and one twin room, our apartment would be ideal for couples, families and golfers alike and provides a great base for a relaxing holiday or a chance to explore the area of Murcia and the superb beaches of the Mar Menor.

Our apartment is modern and bright with fantastic views across the exceptionally kept golf course, pool and gardens. The comfortable cream sofa can be converted into a double sofa bed for extra sleeping space, the interior dining table with 4 high back chairs and cushions, Flat screen TV, DVD player (with a wide range of DVDs) and CD player/radio (with a collection of CDs) complete the lounge area.
The apartment has air conditioning in the living room and all bedrooms providing hot and cold heating. (Additional charge may apply)
In the kitchen you will find a fridge freezer, washing machine, oven with hob, microwave, kettle and toaster. All utensils, crockery, cutlery and pans are provided (there are some baby utensils too) as well as an iron and ironing board.
Bedroom 1, has a comfortable double bed, with patio doors leading on to the sun terrace overlooking the beautifully kept pool. There are shutters which add to your comfort cooling the room on hot sunny days.
Bedroom 2 has single beds, bedside table, lamp and shutters.
Both bedrooms have fitted wardrobes which contain hanging space and drawers. There are plenty of hangers - including hangers for childrens clothes.
An extra large travel cot with comfortable mattress and linen is also available for your use. This also doubles up as an excellent playpen. There are small toys and books as well as some childrens DVDs.
The bright family bathroom is fitted with a WC, Sink, Bath/Shower, Bidet and mirrored vanity unit.
All bed linen and bath towels are provided. There are also beach and pool towels for your convenience. (Extra linen & towel changes can be provided during stay at a local charge, ask for details when booking).

The apartment overlooks a large communal swimming pool, children's pool, gardens and 16th hole fairway. There are also park areas with a children's playground a stroll from the apartment containing, swings, slide, see-saw and climbing frame.
There is ample secure parking directly in front of the apartment.
Bicycles are available to rent at the local resort of La Torre Golf Resort 2km away.

The La Torre Golf Resort / Polaris World area
Las Terrazas de La Torre is part of one of the prestigious and well known Polaris World Golf Resorts and is situated within the region of Murcia, along the Costa Calida (the warm coast) between the Costa Blanca and the Costa de Almeria.
Las Terrazas de La Torre Golf Resort is a brand new, superb developing golf resort, which currently has a Supermarket for your convenience. THE GOLF COURSE OPENED ON 1st OCTOBER 2010 and has been described by many as one of the best courses in the area, suitable for all levels of golfers.
Getting around the region is easy by car, as the area has a modern road network connecting all the major towns and cities.
The Costa Calida boasts some of the best beaches in the area and the Mar Menor makes it a popular destination amongst all ages and includes the famous La Manga strip. There are over 44km of beaches on the sides of the Mar Menor and the water is no more than 8m at its deepest point, which makes it warmer than the Mediterranean sea and proves popular with beach lovers. With no tides it makes the Mar Menor an excellent location for all types of water sports as well as an ideal and safe place for children.
The small town of Roldan has a permanent population and has all the normal facilities that you would expect -banks, supermarkets and a variety shops including one very good electrical shop with a good selection of lights. There is also a good selection of bars and restaurants of various styles. It is 15 minutes drive from the local airport (Murcia – San Javier) which is used from the UK by several low cost airlines and it is about 15 minutes from the beach (Los Alcazares).

Los Alcazares (approximately 10 minutes away by car) is the nearest beach to the resort and is a typical Spanish town with numerous bars and restaurants. Along side the beach is a mile long promenade which is ideal for a stroll and for something to eat. There are various, typical beach side cafes where you can relax and take in the breathtaking views of the Mar Menor and La Manga .
Additionally there are also a huge range of Hotels, Casinos, Golf Courses and a Go-Cart track.
Murcia itself is only a 20 minute drive from our apartment. It is a vibrant cosmopolitan city with wonderful architecture, culture, restaurants, bars and shopping centres. A must is a visit to the city's Cathedral with year-round exhibitions.
The historic naval town of Cartagena is within a 25 minute drive and offers traditional museums, restaurants, bars as well as shopping centres and modern leisure facilities. Cruise liners also dock in the busy harbour, where you can relax whilst having something to eat or drink.
There is also a great choice of places to eat within a 2 minute drive of the resort.... Indian Restaurants a plenty, a Grill House, a Sports Bar, a Chinese Buffet Restaurant, a Spanish Restaurant and even a Bowling Alley.
There are also further options in the nearby growing town of Roldan where you will find more bars, restaurants, banks, a chemist, petrol station, supermarket and a medical centre.
With an average daily temperature of 21 degrees celsius / 70 degrees Fahrenheit (over 30 degrees celsius / 86 degrees Fahrenheit in the summer months) and over 320 days of sunshine, the Murcia region offers a lovely climate all year round; ideal for relaxing holidays and golfing holidays alike.

The budget airlines Ryan Air, Easyjet, BMI Baby and Jet 2 all fly into Murcia - San Javier Airport. This is the closest airport to the apartment being just a quick 10 minute drive away by car. A taxi costs approximately EURO 25-30 which can arranged for you in adavance.
Alicante airport has a greater choice of airlines including the budget airline Monach. Alicante is about a 45 minute car drive away. In addition, the new Corvera International airport will be opening next year, just 15 minutes away.
Car hire is available from both San Javier and Alicante airports. Comparrison websites 'www.amigoautos.co.uk' and 'www.supermarket.com' are both useful for searching the best deals. Popular companies are 'Goldcar' and 'Centauro'. Centauro can be booked directly at 'www.centauro.net'.

Bookings may be made by phone or via e-mail and your reservation will be confirmed upon receipt of your deposit.
You can arrive at our property after 16:00 hours on the Arrival Date of your holiday and you must leave by 12:00 hours on your Departure Date. (Where possible we will be happy to accommodate your flight times and it may be possible for you to arrive before 16:00 hours on your Arrival Date and may not be necessary for you to vacate your accommodation by 12:00 hours, unless there is to be a changeover on the same day. If this situation arises we will notify you accordingly).
A 25%, non refundable deposit is required to confirm the booking and the final balance (75%) is due 8 weeks prior to departure. A refundable breakages / security deposit of £150.00 is payable with final payment, to be refunded at the time of your departure (subject to a satisfactory property inspection).
We will accept payment by cheque or Pay Pal account in UK pounds.
