About the home

The villas benefit from there own private pools fenced for safety. Leading from the living room to a spacious terraces furnished with a table and chairs to enable you to dine al fresco. With five doubles and five twin bedrooms (The choice is yours)the villa is ideal for families, with plenty in the surrounding area to see and do during your stay.
The villa group is great for golf parties as it is on the Polaris World La Torre Golf Resort. 15 Minutes walk from the town centre.
The small town of Roldan is just outside the back entrance and offers many local amenaties.
The site is fenced and there are security check points at both entrances and regular security patrols around the site.
Both Villas have secure back gardens with entrance gates for the safety of little ones.

A welcome pack of essential food and drink can arranged for your arrival. The housekeeper is English.
Cots, High Chairs, Push Chairs etc can all be hired locally. ( We no longer keep these items in the villas due to health and safety reasons and all hired products are serviced regularly and carry full insurence) We can supply details of the hire company or we can arrange for it for you.

The Murcia region

Murcia is one of the most beautiful unspoilt regions of Spain, boasting 320 days of sunshine throughout the year and an average temperature of 21c. Murcia city itself ia an architecturally striking cosmopolitan city. Offering numerous golf courses, mountains, nature reserves, beauty spots, walking trails, Hot springs since Roman times with thermal swimming pools at 37c. Skiing at Sierra Nevada (2-3 hrs) and Canoeing on the Segura River and reservoirs.

Balscicas station is 4km away going to Madrid, Murcia City or Cartagena. The Mar Menor sea is a small salt lake and is one of the biggest natural spas in the world and is considered the best places to practise water sports throughout the year. This area offers many endless unspoilt tranquil beaches, and fishing ports. Los Acazares has a 9 km stretch of sand with a 5km promenade. Nearby is the Infanta Cristina Sports Centre where many famous elite sportsmen and women in the world of waters sports come to train. Known as MAGICAL MURCIA.

The La Torre Golf Resort / Polaris World, La Torre area

La Torre is an eighteen hole golf resort designed by Jack Nicholson. It has all the amenities expected of a first rate golf club. A large club house caters for many functions or just a drink or even a meal in a large well appointed restaurant. The bar has a large flat screen TV for viewing sports events. Hotel now open giving extra amenities.

Please note at certain times of the year the flights to murcia airport are limited but alicante airport is 115 kilometres away this is one and half hours steady driving along the A7 motorway and then the C3319. Alicante being a larger airport offers more flights.
