It has a lounge and dining with breakfast bar to kitchen and downstairs bathroom which is finished in ceramic tiles. It is a FRONTLINE GOLF Townhouse having fantastic views from the terrace over the 11th Fairway and over the lake to the 17th. Nearby to the house is a community swimming pool and two tennis courts. There is an off road parking space.
Bedrooms - The two bedrooms are each beautifully furnished. The downstairs bedroom has 2 single beds. The bedroom upstairs has its own bathroom and separate dressing area. It has 2 single beds with its own first floor sun terrace with stunning views across the golf course and lake. Each bedroom has ceiling fans and a central heating radiator for the winter months. 1 Bathroom has a bath/shower and hairdryer, the other a shower cubicle. A cot can be hired if required.
Lounge/Dining room - . This is furnished for up to 6 people and includes a sprung matress everyday use sofa bed. There is a TV with 50+ channels including all the popular UK programmes, DVD player, IPOD speakers and integrated charger and CD player as well. Much of the year dining will be on the terrace but for those cooler months there is, inside, a dining table and chairs. There is air conditioning to both the ground and first floor and central heating throughout.
This property is ideal for short term breaks, family holidays or golfing events. It is also available for long term let at special rates.

La Torre Golf Resort area
La Torre Golf Resort is a Polaris World development near Torre Pacheco in the Murcia region of South East Spain. The resort is approximately 15 minutes from Murcia City and 10 minutes from the beaches of the Mar Menor.
La Torre Golf Resort will have its own large supermarket; social club, golf club; 18 hole Jack Nicklaus golf course; Driving range; hospital; international school and Lake Side Village. There will be a 1000 person conference centre linked to a 5 star 'Crowne Plaza' Hotel, as well as many bars and restaurants and extensive leisure facilities.
A new Polaris World Sports Centre, Las Lomas is being built nearby. It will have international sporting facilities for tennis, football, swimming and many other Sports Academies.
How to get there
The nearest airport is Murcia - San Javier - MJV which is just over 10 minutes away. Or you can use Alicante which is about an hours drive. Further details outdoors: The La Torre Golf Resort is set around the Jack Nicklaus designed 18 hole golf course. The Conference Centre, Club House and numerous restaurants and bars (including Irish pub) overlook the 1st and 18th tees and also the driving range.
The 5 star Crowne Plaza Hotel is nearing completion (December 2008) (please note that all other building works are complete). The centre has its own shops, supermarket, bank. There is also an International school on the resort.

£150 security deposit is required on booking, refundable at end of rental. All linen and towels are provided but please bring own beach and pool towels. An end clean fee of £50 is payable and for bookings of 2 weeks a midstay clean and linen change is provided for £35. A range of food packs can be made available. Cot and high chairs are available for hire.
