A luxury two bedroom ground floor apartment furnished to an extremely high standard and benefiting from amazing views across the golf course. The property has two bedrooms which lead to an additional rear terrace and a beautifully furnished bathroom. One bedroom has a double bed which can be separated into two single beds and the second bedroom has two single beds. There is an additional double sofa bed in the lounge which also includes a TV, DVD player. The lounge also benefits from air-conditioning and a dining table and chairs. The kitchen is fully equipped with a dishwasher, microwave and washing machine. All towels and bed linen is supplied and if you require a welcome pack of food upon arrival it can be arranged.

The Costa Calida/Murcia region
The Costa Calida region has an enviable climate with an average temperature of 21 degrees centigrade and 317 days of sunshine per year. The area is steeped in history. There are an abundance of local markets, castles, monuments, tapas bars and shops as well as a coastline loaded with long sandy beaches, secluded bays and marinas. The cathedral in Murcia is well worth a visit. The Polaris La Torre Golf resort is only 15 minutes from Murcia (San Javier) airport and 50 minutes from Alicante airport. Both airports offer regular flights on low cost airlines from numerous locations in the UK and Europe. Los Alcazares beach and marina are just 15 minutes away, as is the popular lagoon of the Mar Menor. The larger, white sanded beaches in the region can be found slightly further up the coast between Torrevieja and Alicante. Cartegena is just 20 kilometres away and is an ancient port with ruins of a Roman theatre and there are several museums. For golf enthusiasts the Costa Calida region offers many golf courses including the world famous La Manga Club, Hacienda Del Alamo, Las Ramblas, Villa Martin and many more.
