Home description
The apartment has been furnished to a high standard but also as 'home from home'. It is fully equipped for easy living and has full airconditioning as well as fans and central heating for the winter months.
It is ideal for 4 people but there is a bed setee if needed in the lounge. There are sunbeds for the garden area as well as table and chairs on the terrace which is south facing. We get the sun on our garden all day. There are views over the golf course. Near to the pool but a safe distance away for young children.
The kitchen is fully equipped for all types of cooking and of course with kettle and mugs for the early morning tea. All linen and towels are provided but please bring own beach/pool towels.
Whether for family holidays; golfing breaks; or somewhere just to "chill" this is the place to be.

The Costa Calida/Murcia region
The resort is situated near to the Murcia-San Javier highway, with easy access to beaches, towns of the Mar Menor. This region of Spain is recognised by the World Health Organisation as "the healthiest place in Europe!" Not suprising with over 315 days of sunshine a year and great Mediterranean food
The historic centre of Murcia, with its imposing architecture, bustling plazas, and trendy bars and cafes is a short drive, while the therapeutic waters of the Mar Menor are a short distance to the east. Further along the motorway is Cartagena a fascinating port and city with plenty of culture.
La Torre Golf Resort area
The Resort/Town centre at La Torre will be built around a lake and will include a Social and Golf Club and a large variety of international restaurants, cafes and pubs, a luxury Crowne Plaza hotel with 200 rooms, conference centre, spas and fitness centres, tennis courts and supermarkets. Restaurants and shops will have a home delivery service.
The main feature of the Resort is the Jack Niclaus 18 hole Golf Course. There are dozens of other first class golf courses within a 15 km radius.
How to get there
Nearest airport is Murcia/San Javier -MJV which is only 10 minutes away. Alicante - ALC is about 55 minutes. Most of the low cost carriers use one or both airports. Car Hire available from airport, special rates can be arranged

The full air conditioning makes a difference in the summer and gas central heating great for those winter chilly evenings.
Its corner, ground floor setting gives so much extra space with the extended terrace and own garden area, living the alfresco lifestyle is easy and BBQs are no problem.
Further details outdoors: As well as landscaped gardens the apartment block has a very large swimming pool with children's area and large jacuzzi. There are also 2 tennis courts nearby also a specific children's play area. There are views across to the 10th fairway and over to the Social and Golf Club.
The town centre is open with a wide range of shops, restaurants bars and a bank, travel agency and the new 5* Intercontinental hotel .
On site is a large supermarket with very competetive prices, plenty of fresh produce. There is also a pharmacy with snack bar.
The Jack Nicklaus 18 hole golf course on La Torre is just one of a number in the area. It forms part of the "NICKLAUS BEAR TRAIL". There is a wide range of other championship courses in the local area.
Conditions
All linen and towels (except beach towels) are included in the price.
During June, July; August and September there is a 25 Euro per week payment for Air Conditioning although fans are available in all rooms.
A refundable breakages deposit of £150 is required at booking. An end clean charge 65 Euros is payable and 45 Eurosfor midstay clean on 2 week bookings
Cot and high chair available for 20 Euros per week
