Our Luxury Apartment terrace benefits from having glorious frontline views and directly overlooks the 17th Hole. The "L" shaped terrace provides a fantastic panoramic view of what we think is the most scenic view of the 18 Hole, "Jack Nicklaus Design" Golf Course. There are also great views of the local communal swimming pool and gardens.

The Apartment has easy access to all amenities, including the local Supermarket and Town Centre with many excellent restaurants and bars for eating out or just relaxing and enjoying a drink. The local beach is a 15 min drive away.

You don't have to be a golfer to enjoy this Resort, our Apartment within the La Torre Golf complex offers great facilities and is ideal for those, who either just wish to do self catering or dine out in the restaurants on site or surrounding area, or just enjoying sitting round the pool with your children. This is a great holiday complex for families.

We offer a comprehensive Meet & Greet Service at the Resort & a full introduction to the Apartment and facilities. Our Apartment at La Torre Golf Resort offers excellent facilities, ideal for those who either wish to self cater or dine out.

The Costa Calida/Murcia region

THE MAR MENOR & BEACHES
The Mar Menor is a hypersaline coastal lagoon. The mean depth is 3 to 4 m, and the maximum depth is over 6 m. Such characteristics made the Mar Menor one of the bigger coastal lagoons from Europe and the Mediterranean. A sandy bar, called La Manga with 22 km of long, acts as a barrier between the lagoon and the Mediterranean Sea.

The nearest beaches are located at Los Alcazares and Santiago De La Ribera which are about a 15 min drive away. These can be found either via Los Alcazares or San Javier. The beach at Los Alcazares is a lovely stretch of soft sand with various restaurants and bars. The water of the Mar Menor is very warm and children will love it. The beach at Santiago De La Ribera is a smaller beach in a bay with restaurants and bars. There is also a play area for children. Both beaches are highly recommended.

MURCIA
The Murcia region is little known even within Spain, maybe that’s the reason why it continues to be relatively unspoilt compared to other more overcrowded areas of the Spanish Mediterranean coast. Nevertheless its more than 300 sunny days a year with an average temperature of 21 degrees, and the 250 km (156 miles) of beaches of the so-called Costa Cálida (Warm Coast) have attracted tourists for decades.

CARTAGENA
Is a mediterranean city and naval station in the Region of Murcia, southeast of Spain. Cartagena has been the capital of the Spanish Navy's Maritime Department of the Mediterranean since the arrival of the Spanish Bourbons in the eighteenth century. It is a walled town and has a fine harbour defended by forts. In the time of Philip II of Spain, it was a major naval seaport of Spain. It is still an important naval seaport, the main military haven of Spain, and there is a big naval shipyard.

SWIMMING POOLS
La Torre boasts many communal pools, the one closest to our Apartment is one of the largest and can be viewed from our terrace and is only a minutes' walk away. There is also a smaller pool for younger children to enjoy.

LOCAL BANK & CASH MACHINE
Visitors of La Torre can find a Bank (CAJAMURCIA) close to the Apartment on site. This ensures they can carry out any necessary transactions with ease, as well as receive any financial advice they may require. They also have a 24-hour Cash Machine. The Bank can be found near the Town Centre Square.

ON SITE SUPERMARKET
With the aim of providing the best service for clients, Polaris World has created Polaris World Supermarket. There is a fully stocked Supermarket in each resort, selling only the finest products, freshly baked bread, milk, fresh fruit and vegetables, meat etc.

There is also a full complement of imported British products and even national and international daily papers. In the excellent wine and spirits section you will find a comprehensive range of wines from table wines to wines for special occasions, sparkling wines, liqueurs and spirits.

THE INTERCONTINENTAL HOTEL
This 5* Hotel is an example of luxury and comfort, offering bars and restaurants available to La Torre renters in the complex, which offer exquisite, traditional Mediterranean cuisine.

OTHER FACILITIES
There are many Play areas for children on the Resort.

Tennis is also available for those who may want to expel some energy having laid in the sun all day!

You can rent Bicycles for all ages, these can be found adjacent to the Supermarket on La Torre Golf Resort.

How to get there

If you are planning your vacation with us in the Costa Calida area, the Airport of Murcia San Javier would be the ideal arrival and departure destination. If you are unable to fly to Murcia then you might want to consider Alicante Airport with many more international connections especially during the Summer months.

If you fly to Murcia (San Javier Airport) - Our Apartment is just a 20 minute drive from the Airport.
Cheap flights are available from Ryanair & Easyjet and all other budget airlines from most UK Airports.
Car hire is available at the Airport but we would advise you to book a month or so before your arrival.
Should you choose not to hire a car, although taxi's are available at the Airport, we can arrange for a pickup from the Airport for you by our Keyholders, which would be far cheaper than a taxi.

The 2 bedroom Apartment sleeps 4 people in one double and one twin room and is beautifully furnished and decorated throughout, with the extra facility to sleep a further 2 people, utilising the Sofa bed, providing a maximum of 6 people sleeping in the Apartment.

All rooms are fully Air Conditioned and centrally heated for maximum comfort. There is secure allocated underground parking, with a lift available from the garage to the first floor Apartment.

There is a 32” Flat Screen, HD TV, DVD Player, Sony Playstation 1 + Games
A large selection of DVD’s for all the family, as well as Books & Board games

Satellite TV with all main British TV Stations available, including Sky Sports and many children's channels.

We can also arrange for the Hire of any Baby Equipment, including Cots and High Chairs in the Apartment.

The Apartment has a large terrace boasting fantastic dual aspect views. You can sit on our luxurious terrace furniture enjoying a glass of wine - looking to the South you will take in the spectacular vista over the 17th fairway to the beautiful sparkling lake, and to the West under the setting sun you will see the superb family swimming pool area. We also have a dining table and chairs on the terrace where you can enjoy your al fresco breakfast or a romantic sunset dinner!

We also have in the Apartment sun loungers which you can use either on the terrace or around the swimming pool to relax on. There are also beach/pool towels for use.

A NON REFUNDABLE £100 DEPOSIT REQUIRED AT THE TIME OF BOOKING TO SECURE BOOKING.

THE FULL BALANCE IS DUE 4 WEEKS PRIOR TO DEPARTURE, PLUS A REFUNDABLE £150 BREAKAGES DEPOSIT.

THERE IS A €60.00 WEEKLY CLEANING, HIRE OF BED LINEN & TOWELS CHARGE. (THIS FEE IS PAID TO OUR KEY HOLDERS ON SITE). THIS ALSO INCLUDES A COMPREHENSIVE MEET AND GREET SERVICE AT THE RESORT SECURITY GATES AND AN INTRODUCTION TO THE APARTMENT FACILITIES AND USEFUL INFORMATION. BEACH TOWELS ARE ALSO SUPPLIED AND INCLUDED IN THIS CHARGE. WE CAN ALSO ARRANGE FOR WELCOME PACKS OF PROVISIONS FOR THOSE ARRIVING LATE.

WE PREFER THAT ALL WEEKLY RENTALS ARE FROM SATURDAY TO SATURDAY. HOWEVER, PART WEEK OR LONG WEEKENDS ARE POSSIBLE IN MEDIUM TO LOW SEASONS, AS WELL AS FLEXIBLE CHANGEOVER DAYS DEPENDING ON EXISTING BOOKINGS.

THE APARTMENT IS AVAILABLE FROM 2PM ON DAY OF ARRIVAL AND MUST BE VACATED BY 10AM ON DEPARTURE DAY, UNLESS OTHERWISE AGREED.
