This superb villa has two bedrooms, sleeps four, but also has a sofa bed for an additional 2, as well as a travel cot and travel type booster seat/highchair ,stair gates, has its own private fenced pool, garden is also fenced for child security , furnished to a high standard with full air-con and central heating throughout. In a quiet location Very close to the supermarket and shops, opposite landscaped open space, 5 minute walk to the centre of the resort and the new 5 star Hotel.
Guests will be met by our key holder at the resort entrance and taken to the the property where an explanation of the main facilities will be given.
Located at just 15 minutes' drive from San Javier-Murcia airport and 15-20 minutes from the nearest beaches of Santiago de la Ribera & Los Alcazares.

Private swimming pool with child safety fence surround. Garden is also fenced and gated for child safety.
We have installed a stair gate to the terrace and also provide a second adjustable gate for use at other doors.
A security safe is also provided.
Guest have access to numerous swimming pools, children's play areas, tennis courts,Golf Course and Driving Range, bicycles are available to hire.
The resort has many restaurants, bars and a 5 star Hotel all within easy walking distance.

We include a welcome pack of coffee, tea, milk, sugar, bread, butter, marmalade, juice and water to ensure a comfortable start to your holiday.
the villa is cleaned before you arrive and we provide all linen, towels including beach towels and if you are staying for more than 10 days we provide a change of linen and towels and a mid term clean at no extra cost.
A range of DVDs and CDs are provided and a selection of books should you have forgotten to take one with you.
A cot is provided and stair/door gates are available for your use if you have young children.
Conditions
The villa is secured with a £150 deposit. The full rental is payable 8 weeks before arrival. The £150 deposit will be refunded after the villa has been checked following your departure. THE PRICE QUOTED IS ALL INCLUSIVE OF WELCOME PACK, LINEN, TOWELS AND BEACH TOWELS ,CLEANING PRIOR TO ARRIVAL THERE ARE NO EXTRA COSTS WE EVEN PROVIDE A RANGE OF TOILETRIES SO YOU CAN SHOWER ETC AS SOON AS YOU ARRIVE AND WITH THE WIFI YOU HAVE IMMEDIATE INTERNET ACCESS.

The Murcia region
The local area, Murcia, offers plenty of activities for holidays, especially golfing holidays. The sandy beaches are also ideal for watersports enthusiasts and local sports include fishing, sailing, diving, windsurfing, paragliding and swimming. Other activities include golf, tennis, cycling, rollerblading and horse riding. Mar Menor's sandy beach is also ideal for families as the water is calm, warm and shallow and depths only reach 7m. Walking is also popular along the beach promenade. There are plenty of cafes, tapas bars, palm trees and restaurants found along the beachfront also.
Golfing holidays
Guests have access to the resorts 18-hole par 68 golf course, designed by Jack Nicklaus. There are many other courses in the area including Mar Menor, Mosa Trajectum, Torre Pacheco, La Finca and Las Ramblas. La Manga Golf Resort is also approx. 20 minutes' drive. Staying at the property entitles you to reduced green fees at La Torre Golf Course, El Valle Golf Course, Mar Menor Golf Course & Hacienda Riquelme Golf Course. In high season, Polaris World provide free shuttle service between all the resorts.

A local shopping complex called 'Dos Mares' with an enormous supermarket, many restaurants and a cinema is 20-minute drive away at San Pedro del Pinatar Junction 777 of the AP-7 to Alicante
40 minute drive to Cartegena with wonderful historic sites, dining and shopping opportunities.
10 minute drive from Mar Menor/Los Alcazares (beach) which also offers many tapas bars, restaurants, shops, banks and supermarkets.
45-50 minute drive to Alicante, well know for it's popular water and theme parks.
Approx. 40 minute drive to Terra Natura, Murcia's zoo and waterpark.
The La Torre Golf Resort area
La Torre Golf Resort is a self-contained 'gated' resort with Mediterranean-style, whitewashed villas, townhouses and apartments. Built around a town centre and attractive lake, the resort offers a 5 star Intercontinental La Torre Golf Resort Hotel & Spa, along with an 18-hole golf course, 12 communal swimming pools, tree-lined avenues and landscaped gardens, three bars including a golf bar/snack bar, sports bar and Irish bar, an ice-cream parlour as well as five restaurants (Tapas, Spanish, Italian, international chill out bar/restaurant with outdoor pool and an international buffet). There is also a hairdresser salon onsite that also offers beauty treatments. At the new Intercontinental Hotel they have a Thai massage and Spa should you wish to treat yourself (well worth a visit)
The resort also has a bank, travel shop, Internet access, tennis courts, a large, well-stocked supermarket (selling international goods), health centre, golf shop, a hospital, playgrounds and school. The resort also offers 24-hour security and friendly English-speaking staff.

The house is superb. Clean, furnished to a very high standard with everything that one could wish for. The welcome pack and the excellent service provided by Sara and Mark gave us a great start to our holiday. The location of the villa; the plunge pool and the availability of a B-B-Q were made for us. The booking process was easy and very well managed. An all round delight; we shall be back. |

Just spent a thoroughly enjoyable 10 nights at the Villa, we arrived at La Torre Golf and were met by Sarah from Villa Care who was extremely friendly and informative. The villa was lovely and the owner really has thought of everything.
Having a 2 year old we very reassured by the safety fence around the private pool which was great and larger than we expected. The lovely garden was also fully enclosed and well furnished.
The location was excellent with the supermarket less than 5 mins walk away and the centre of La Torre about 10 mins away.
This villa comes highly recommended.

Many thanks for allowing us to rent your villa. We had a superb time. The Villa is a real home from home and with two young kids that was fantastic for us.
The facilities are first rate, your Villa Care rep Mark who welcomed us was superb, and all in all the house was a real treat.
The resort was great, although the golf course was a bit challenging for me !!
