It is situated on a 9 hole golf course - soon to be extended to 18 holes with the only Aqua Driving Range in Europe. Other facilities include: bowls, tennis, football and basketball. Club house, shop and social club/bar.

The Murcia region
Some of the hottest weather in Spain is found in the Murcia Region. The Summer lasts from Easter to November. Nearby we have the historic cities of Murcia - with its fabulous Catherdral and meandering streets, cafe bars and restaurants and Cartegena with a great variety of shops. The glorious beaches of the Mar Menor are within easy travelling distance for a great day out for both beach lovers and watersports enthusiasts.
The La Tercia / La Tercia Golf Resort area
La Tercia village itself has a small village bakery - fresh bread daily and a lovely new cafe/bar.
Nearby Los Alcazares is a typical Spanish town. It has excellent quiet beaches - staying pleasantly uncrowded even in the hight of the summer - a real find!! There is a lovely promenade with quaint cafe bars and shops.
La Tercia is a small Spanish village where there are various bars/cafes.
