The resort has its own commercial centre, with a range of shops, bars and restaurants as well as a sports bar, club house and fitness centre. A short distance away in the local village of La Tercia is a wine bar and a supermarket.

The nearest beaches of the Mar Menor and Costa Calida are only 15 minutes away and the local towns and villages of Sucina and Balsicas are within easy reach of the resort.

There are 10 other 18 hole championship standard golf courses located within 10km of La Tercia including the famous Polaris World courses.

The apartment is 15 minutes from Murcia Airport and 40 minutes from Alicante Airport.

The Costa Calida/Murcia region

Location:
Murcia in located in the south east of Spain the region offers over 250km of Mediterranean coastline where you can discover an exceptional climate, an average temperature of 21oC and 315 days of sun throughout the year. Easy access through San Javier Airport and Alicante Airport as well as the future Corvera Airport and excellent links to all major roads leading to many regions in Spain.

La Tercia:
La Tercia Village can be found at the foot of the Sierra de Columbares (natural park), this area is known as the 'garden of Europe'. Casa at La Tercia, nestles amongst the orange and lemon groves.

The area is famed for its selection of golf courses, nearby are the golf courses of La Torre, Mar Menor, El Valle, Hacineda Riquelme and Peraleja Golf resort.

In addition to golf, many other activities are available nearby, including boat charters, fishing trips, scuba-diving, windsurfing, water-skiing, sailing, therapeutic mud-baths & thermal springs, horse riding, nature reserves, aqua parks. The natural park in the Carrascoy Mountains is nearby and is ideal for walking and hiking and the spa towns of Fortuna are not far away if you fancy a day being pampered and spoiled.

The local towns and cities have weekly markets, and regular fiestas to enjoy. In addition to the cultural delights of Murcia and Cartagena, the lively holiday resorts of Torrevieja, Los Alcazares and La Manga are also easily reached for days or evenings out.

Apartment Facilities:
This stunning 3 bedroom ground floor (non-smoking) apartment is furnished to a very high standard to ensure a comfortable stay for everyone. It is built on an impressive residential complex and the apartment has its own enclosed garden terrace overlooking the Carrascoy Mountains and a communal pool.

Living Area:
The living area is furnished to a high standard with two Leather Sofas, 26 inch LCD TV (satellite), DVD, Ipod Docking Station and a Playstation 2. In the dining area there is a table and 6 chairs, the double patio doors lead onto the terrace and patio area were you will find outdoor furniture equipped for dining with a BBQ and relaxers for taking in the mountain, pool and golf course views. Hot and cold air conditioning is installed for your comfort and the apartment has marble floors throughout.

Bedrooms:
The apartment has three double bedrooms, the master bedroom has a double bed and en-suite bathroom, and it has a double wardrobe 5 draw chest, mirror and hair-dryer. The other two bedrooms are equipped with 2 single beds and plenty of wardrobe space and they are within easy reach of the shower room.

Kitchen:
The fully fitted kitchen has granite worktops, hob, oven, sink, extractor hood, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, microwave, kettle and toaster. There is a washing machine and vacuum system in the utility area as well as an iron, ironing board and clothes airier.

Bathrooms:
The bathrooms are equipped with top quality fittings, the en-suite has a full bath with shower, wash basin and WC. The second bathroom has a shower cubicle, sink and WC.

Cleaning/towels, linen/maid service:
Bed linen and towels are supplied. The apartment will be cleaned prior to arrival and a midweek clean and linen change can be arranged on request charged locally. (Pool towels are not provided).

United Golf Resorts La Tercia is the first of the developments and is set within the new golf valley of Murcia. The resort is only 15 minutes from the beach resorts of the Mar Menor and La Manga and 20 minutes from the beautiful city of Murcia where shops and restaurants abound.

A short drive from the apartment is the local Village of Sucina, which offers restaurants and bars. For a wider choice of restaurants any of the nearby coastal resorts should be visited, particularly if you like to eat fresh fish.

Rental Terms and Prices

Due to Murcia’s exceptional climate throughout the year the apartment is available to rent all year round. It is ideal for a week or a fortnight's family holiday, or a mid-week or weekend stay. It can meet the needs of both golfers and non golfers and is great for escaping the British winter weather.

Rental prices include: rental for up to 6 persons, all bed linen, bath and kitchen towels an additional charge is required to cover a full clean of the apartment on departure.
A welcome grocery pack can be provided on request as well as a mid week clean and towel change (payable locally to our agent).

Baby equipment can be arranged if required at an extra charge.

Beach/pool towels – are not provided please bring your own.

Check in time 3.00 pm, and check out 10.00 am (however we will try to accommodate requests outside these times subject to availability).

To secure a booking a 20% non-refundable deposit is required. The balance must be paid in full 6 weeks prior to your departure.

Breakages deposit - We request a refundable deposit of £150 to cover damages or breakages, to be paid with main deposit. The security deposit will be returned within 2 weeks, upon a satisfactory checkout.

Discounts for stays over 2 weeks or long lets.

Bookings less than 5 weeks before the departure date, the full amount will be due at time of booking.

Payments can be accepted by personal cheque or bank transfer.

We're afraid that we can't accept credit card payments.
