The property is situated on La Tercia's United Golf Resort, just a 15-20 minute drive from the Mar Menor beach at Los Alcazares and only 20 minutes from the heart of cosmopolitan Murcia city.

The Costa Calida/Murcia region
The local area offers plenty of sandy beaches and is ideal for watersports enthusiasts. Local sports include fishing, sailing, windsurfing and swimming. Other activities included cycling and horse riding. Mar Menor's beach is also ideal for families as the water is calm, warm and shallow. Walking and cycling is also popular along the beach promenade.
Beaches and waterparks 15-20 minutes' drive from the beach, restaurant and bars at Los Alcazares. 30 minutes' drive from La Manga Strip. Approx. 1 hours' drive to Terra Mitica Theme Park in Benidorm and many other waterparks in the Alicante area including Aqualandia. Approx. 30 minutes' drive from Torrevieja Aquopolis (waterpark open between 8 June to 31 August).
Golf Guests have access to the resort's 9 hole golf course was designed by internationally renowned course architect Pepe Gancedo. There are many other courses in the area including La Torre, El Valle, Mar Menor, Mosa Trajectum, Torre Pacheco, La Finca and Las Ramblas. La Manga Golf Resort is also approx. 20-30 minutes' drive.

La Tercia / La Tercia Golf Resort area
La Tercia Golf is a recently completed golf development which unlike many other developments, offers spacious living accommodation and also large garden and pool areas for guests to enjoy. La Tercia's 9 hole golf course was designed by internationally renowned course architect Pepe Gancedo. Since 1975 Pepe and his distinctive style of golf architecture has been acclaimed for limitless playability backed up by aesthetic appeal. Pepe’s creations are evident throughout Europe and United Golf Resorts are proud to have Pepe on board for the La Tercia project.
As well as a fantastic course La Tercia boasts an Aquatic Driving Range, the only one of its kind in Spain. A great place to sharpen your golf game, the Aquatic Driving Range is a unique practice facility that is also an amazing water feature.
There are tennis courts and a small SPAR supermarket on site also The clubhouse and golf course are now open. There is also a bowling green and multi purpose court on site for football, basketball and badminton.
In the small village of La Tercia, less then 5 minutes' drive away, there is a wine bar, social club, bakery, small supermarket and a bigger SPAR supermarket. In Balsicas, 10 minutes' drive away, there is a good choice of cafes, bars and shops. The larger towns of San Javier and Los Alcazares are approx. 15 - 20 mins away.

A high chair and cot can be provided on request, starting from £20 each a week. Additional children's accessories such as stair gates and car seats are also available to hire on request.

All bookings are subject to a £75 cleaning/laundry fee. Towels and linen are included. If a cleaner is required during your stay this can be arranged and is payable locally. Please note: towels are for villa use only, guests should bring their own beach towels.
Prices are for the property per week in UK pounds. £100 non refundable deposit, per week is required to hold the property. Full payment should be made eight weeks before arrival. Weekend and shorter golf breaks are welcome at our nightly rate (depending on season) plus a standard cleaning fee. These may not be available during the busy summer season and are limited to 2 – 4 night stays.
Check-in is at 4pm on the day of arrival and check-out is at 11am on the day of departure. Late checkout can be requested at an additional charge but is subject to availability.
No single sex groups under 21 are allowed. All non UK bookings are subject to a £15 bank transfer fee.
In addition, a separate £200 security deposit is required when booking. Please note: your security deposit is fully refundable, providing there is no damage during your stay.
