Our La Tercia Golf properties are beautifully finished and furnished to a very high standard. The 2 bedroom apartment comprises of a master bedroom with en-suite, a twin bedroom and guest bathroom, living/dining room, terrace and fully equipped kitchen. All of our La Tercia properties are overlooking the 9 hole golf course we have 1, 2 & 3 bedroom properties and will be available April/May 2008.

The Costa Calida/Murcia region
The region of Murcia and Costa Calida have many interesting historiacal sites to visit, the most prominent being the ancient town of Cartagena, also the city of Murcia has many places and buildings of interest, and a wide choice of designer shops and department stores. The area is also home to some of the best golf courses in Spain and not forgetting the Mar Menor which is surrounded by beautiful beaches that offer a wide range of watersports. The Mar Menor also offers fantastic nightlife with many bars, restaurants and clubs to enjoy or to stroll along the many tree lined boulevards inthe balmy evenings of the Costa Calida.
La Tercia / La Tercia Golf Resort area
La Tercia Golf is a recently completed golf development which unlike many other developments, offers spacious living accommodation and also large garden and pool areas for guests to enjoy. The 9 hole golf course is well designed to suit all handicaps. There are also tennis courts on site, a bowling green, basket ball and children's play areas. The village of La Tercia is nearby and has supermarkets, bars and restaurants within walking distance. La Tercia Golf is part of United Golf Resorts which also have an 18 hols golf course nearby which guests of La Tercia Golf may use.
How to get there
La Tercia Golf is ideally located for easy access from both Murcia and Alicante airports, it is situated between the historic city of Murcia and the Mar Menor. There are many budget airlines flying into both airports making La Tercia a very affordable holiday destination and for short breaks.
