We would like to welcome guests to our gorgeous 2 bedroom apartment which is fully furnished and decorated to a very high standard with beautiful views from the furnished balcony.
Our apartment is fully equipped for a self catering holiday, the living and dining area is comfortable and the sofa can be used as a sofa bed for 2 guests.

The Murcia region
United Golf is situated in a rural location on the Costa Calida and is an approximate 20 minutes drive from the nearest sandy beaches on the mediterranean coastline. Why not visit the salt water lagoon at Mar Menor and the tourist resort of La Manga.
There are 21 top quality golf courses within a 50km radius include El Valle and La Manga.
If golf is not your thing, as well as the many beaches, there are many towns and villages to explore in the area which is rich in Culture History and traditions. With approximately 2,800 hours of sunshine a year. We think our apartment makes a fantastic base for your holiday.

The La Tercia / United Golf Resort area
United Golf Resort comprises of a challenging 9 hole course, designed by internationally renowned course architect Pepe Gancedo.
As well as a fantastic course La Tercia boasts an Aquatic Driving Range, the only one of its kind in Spain! A great place to sharpen your golf game, the Aquatic Driving Range is a unique practice facility that is also an amazing water feature.
In addition to golf on the resort, there is a Gym, Tennis Courts, Bowls, several Swimming Pools, and Children's Play Areas, as well as a Commercial Centre with a selection of shops and bars.
