Set within La Tercia Golf Resort this air conditioned 3 bedroom apartment is situated close to the village of La Tercia in the beautiful Murcian countryside. The resort can be found surrounded by glorious groves of orange, lemon, olive and almond trees.

The property is located on the La Tercia Golf Resort so is excellent for golfers and golfers with families as the resort offers so many things for guests to do if not playing golf. It is about a 15 minute drive to the beaches.

United Golf is said to be Spain's first ever Aqua driving range. The total area occupied by the course is 305.960 metres Square, 224.707 square metres is covered by grass. The total length of the course is 3019 metres.
The La Tercia course has two par 3's and two par 5's the longest of which is 571 metres.

The Murcia region

The resort lies just 20 mins drive from the beautiful cosmopolitan city of Murcia with it´s many restaurants, tapas bars, designer clothes shops, baroque cathedral and bull fighting ring and the largest shopping mall in Europe.

Going South is Cartagena that sits on the Costa Calida within Murcia. Despite the scruffy views as you enter the city, you will find within, a wealth of history and beautiful architecture. Along the port area which is used by the Navy, there are an array of restaurants when you can sit and relax around the harbour. You also have the Roman Ampitheatre plus many other historic sites to explore.

Torrevieja is within a 20 minute drive and is surrounded by salt lakes which are home to a variety of wildlife including pink flamingos which are protected within the La Mata nature reserve. The town has a large marina, fun fair, promenande which is bustling from early evening with street artists and stalls, a harbour walk and abundant bars, shops and restaurants.

Going north Alicante is worth a look as are the many beaches and bays all along the Costa Blanca and of course Benidorm is only an hour away with it's vast selection of attractions including the Terra Mitica theme park, Mundomar sea life attraction and Aqualandia water park.

The La Tercia / United Golf Resort area

Set in rural Spain but within 15 minutes of the beautiful beaches and resorts of the Costa Calida, La Tercia is only 15 minutes from San Javier Airport (Murcia) and 40 minutes from El Altet Airport (Alicante) and is within easy reach of the cities of Murcia and Cartagena. The resort boasts a super sports complex, a five-a-side football pitch, a bowling green, tennis courts, a basketball court, a boules area and cycle paths throughout.
These are all within a ten minute stroll of the ‘Swing’ apartment.
