The holiday apartment of about 45 qm is situated in the heart of the historical centre of Castelnuovo Magra. The apartment has been refurbished in 2009 with an excellent finish like Marble floors and marble wall tiles in the bathroom. The apartment is part of an 300 years old townhouse.

The Apartment has its own entrance from the street, two rooms and a bathroom as well as a living room with a convertible sofa and a bigger room with an medieval round arch and a kitchenette.

You will feel completely at home!

The apartment is perfect for couples, families or 4 friends. It sleeps 4 and on request we can also provide an additional baby bed.

Castelnuovo Magra is located in a central position in between Liguria and Tuscany and about 6 km from the Mediterranean Sea. Its surroundings offers you at the same time the richness of mediterranean olive groves, the sea and mountains (the Apuan Alpes).
Close to the treasures of Liguria and Tuscanys: easily to reach gorgeous Cinque Terre (protected by the UNESCO) and the beaches on the Versilia cost and its charming towns Forte dei Marmi and Viareggio. We are also very close to the Tuscan towns of Florence, Pisa, Lucca and Carrara; as well as Genua situated in the heart of Liguria.

La Spezia / Castelnuovo Magra area

Castelnuovo Magra has a gorgeous historical centre (where there is located also the apartment). Its origins date back in 1203, where has first been started the construction of its famous castle. Castelnuovo Magra is situated in the hills and surrounded by Mediterranean olive groves; Castelnuovo Magra is also very close to the Apuan Alps, you have got panoramic views from the village to the sea and the Apuan Alps, the place is 6 km from the beaches of the Mediterranean.

How to get there

Low cost airlines (like easyJet and Ryanair) and any other fly to Pisa (50 km) or Genova (100 km), from the airport you can easily rent a car.
