La Seyne sur Mer area
A peaceful seaside hamlet, Fabregas village is only a few minutes drive from Les Sablettes, with its fine beach, supermarkets, summertime amusement park and seafront boulevard lined with fine fish restaurants. Fabregas itself has a choice of eateries and an idyllic bay with small beach only 5 minutes walk from the villa.
Adjoining Fabregas (and surrounding the villa!) is an unspoilt and protected nature reserve home to an array of Mediterranean flora and fauna, hidden beaches, coves and forests and a heady scent of pine trees. With over 11,000 hectares of wilderness overlooking the sea, the reserve offers numerous walking trails, mountain biking, a forestry activity centre, and for those looking for an all-over-tan - a naturist beach.
The main resort town of the area is La Seyne sur Mer. Opening on to the port of Toulon, La Seyne sur Mer is rich in culture and beats to the rhythm of the seaside with fishermen waking early to offer their fish for sale on the quayside. Every morning a market offers typical delicacies from Provence.
Less than 2 hours drive from Fabregas, world-famous St. Tropez is a wonderful destination for a day trip. Island-lovers are spoilt for choice with the L'ile des Embiez only a 10-minute ferry ride from nearby Le Brusc. For breathtaking views of the entire local area, the hilltop fort at Six-Fours can't be beat.

Further details indoors: The villa has 2 floors and includes wi-fi access throughout. All necessary amenities of modern life are included - even though you'll spend most of your time looking out to sea!
Further details outdoors: 2 kayaks are available for guest use on request, more is available if required for rental (from a shop located in the beach). Should you wish to hire a motor boat or sailing boat locally (on request), this can be anchored in front of the property, with steps leading up to the villa through a pine-clad terraced hillside garden.

Car or minibus transfer from airport to villa on request at cost. 30% deposit required. Balance due 50 days in advance a refundable security/damage deposit of 1 500 £ / 1700 euros is required to be paid on arrival in cash and will be returned via bank transfer.
If you leave on Saturday, please vacate the villa before 10am. If you check in on Saturday, please do not enter before 3pm as time is required for cleaning. We should be flexible if the villa is not rented a week before or after your stay.
Conditions
Cleaner will be available mid-stay for 4 hours wednesday and 4 hours friday ( total 80 Euros to be paid localy in cash, at your arrival). A refundable deposit (in case of breakages) of £1500 cash must be paid on arrival. All bedding and towels are included. We do not supply beach towels.
