This is the ideal spot for water sports: windsurfing, kitesurfing, hobbycat, kayak, rowing, sailing, scubadiving, fishing within reach in 5 minutes walk. Just leave your car and enjoy the perfect vacation!
The house which was part of a little fisher village has been completely rebuilt to the highest standards in 2010 using the finest materials such as jerusalem stones, teak wood and especially designed metal patterns. It is fully air conditioned. All the rooms open onto terraces and balconies, most of them offering fantastic sea views.
The property is divided in 2 flats with their own kitchens and lounges making it the perfect holiday home for 2 families!

Provence Alpes Cote d'Azur is France's most popular holiday destinations with an almost perfect sunny Mediterranean climate all year-round. As the gateway to the Cote d'Azur, the departement of Var boasts some 300 km of shoreline on the Mediterranean Sea. Beautiful sandy beaches lie at the foot of wild cliffs which plunge straight into the sea whilst off-shore lie balmy idyllic islands such as the lles d'Hyères.
PLACES TO VISIT: SANARY sur Mer. 10 km. Delightful seaside resort with picturesque quay harbour, colourful houses, lively streets and terraces shaded by palm trees. Beautiful views from its 16th century Chapel Notre Dame de Pitié, over the coast and the small islands that lie offshore.
BANDOL. 18 km. Family seaside resort tucked in a cove between La Ciotat and Toulon. A vibrant harbour packed with fine shops and restaurants as well as a casino. Also renowned for its vineyards producing some of the best wines on the coast.
ST CYR SUR MER. 25 km. In a bay sheltering 3 little harbours and a 2-km long sandy beach, an attractive coastal setting backed by a mix of pine forests and renowned vineyards. Many watersports activities available. LE CASTELLET. 25 km. A stunning medieval hill top village in a typical Provencal and picturesque setting, and one of the area's top tourist attractions. Also famous for its Paul Ricard race track.
THINGS TO DO: Coudou Parc, Six Fours les Plages. 8 km. Tree top adventure park. Swinging from tree to tree using rope bridges, giant zip lines and other devices, 9 trails available for the whole family.
Jardin Exotique and Zoo, Sanary sur Mer. 15 km. Animal park. On Provencal hills and overlooking the Bay of Bandol, a park of tropical plants and cacti, as well as a wide variety of animals including monkeys, llamas, parrots and flamingos.
Golf de Dolce Frégate, St Cyr sur Mer. 25 km. Golf course. 18 holes Par 72 - 6210m. Beautiful golf course, famous for its terraced tees and sea views in a very privileged location.
Le Royaume des Arbres, Le Castellet. 25 km. Tree top adventure park. One of the largest park in Europe, situated next to the famous Paul Ricard race track. 260 workshops and 11 trails for all abilities and ages. It boasts 2 giant zip lines of 250m and 150m long and 25m high; thrills guaranteed!
The La Seyne sur Mer / Les Sablettes area
The property is located on the Saint Mandrier peninsula, just 100 meters from Les Sablettes, with its fine beach, shops, amusement park for the children and seafront boulevard lined with fine fish restaurants. The three hills which surround St. Mandrier make for a rich green background where one can find walking trails. The presqu'île, because of its different tourist attractions, is becoming more and more appreciated by visitors. The rough coastline of the peninsula is made of many steep inlets and creeks well appreciated by fishermen, scuba divers, and swimmers.
The main resort town of the area is La Seyne sur Mer which is rich in culture and beats to the rhythm of the seaside with fishermen waking early to offer their fish for sale on the quayside. Every morning a market offers typical delicacies from Provence.
Island-lovers are spoilt for choice with the L'ile des Embiez only a 10-minute ferry ride from nearby Le Brusc. From Saint Mandrier you can take the ferry to the group of islands off the coast from Hyères, which includes the islands of Porquerolles, Le Levant and Port Cros (National Park). The 3 car-free islands together form a rare and stunning environment, one of the loveliest in Europe.
For breathtaking views of the entire local area, the hilltop fort at Six-Fours can't be beat.
At 1 hour and a half hour drive, world-famous St. Tropez and Aix-en-Provence are wonderful destinations for a day trip.

We had a wonderful time during the whole week in July 2012, I truly recommend to everybody, it doesn't matter if you're young or old, you can really relax a lot there. This area is full of life, the beach is great and right next to the house. The good thing is, that the house is situated at the end of the beach, so if you feel like to enjoy the night life, is very near (3min walking) and if not, you're not disturbing from the noise outside. The house is a dream, very comfortable beds, nice kitchen, wonderfull garden and patio...it has really everything you need and wish for on your holiday. Stylish and very cosy place. This is the real taste of French Riviera, I have been travelling a lot on Côte d'Azur for past 12 years , but this place is definitely the nicest from all, so hope to come back with my friends again.
