This newly purpose built bungalow has a modern, light, bright interior, and a fully equipped new kitchen with dishwasher, microwave, toaster, waffle machine, washing machine, American Fridge with water cooler & ice-making facilities and even an ice cold beer machine.
The sunny, secluded patio has an outside dining table, your own mini inflatable Jacuzzi, top-of-the-range barbeque, ample sun-loungers, cushions & umbrellas. The house has all you will need for a relaxing home-from home holiday - English TV, broadband, travel cot, high chair and children's toys.

The Poitou-Charentes/Vendee region
The bungalow is in a quiet, rural setting, yet an easy drive from activities and days out. There is plenty to do around the area, such as golfing, great local restaurants, vineyards, the whisky & champagne towns, attractions and shops. La Rochelle, St Jean D'Angely, Saintes, Cognac, and the beautiful Islands of Ile de Re and Ile D'Oleron are all within easy reach.
The Charente Maritime region is known for its own micro climate, and is said to be the second sunniest region in France after the Cote d'Azur with an average 2300 hours of sunshine a year.
La Rochelle is the most attractive seaside town in France and is 45 minute drive away. You can walk around the historic centre and waterfront, lively port and city walls, stop for a coffee, laze on the beach, visit museums, hit the largest most bustling market in the region offering every type of local delicacy imaginable or simply browse the boutique shops. The Aquarium is fantastic and the Natural History Museum is also interesting, especially for children. During the summer season, there is a great holiday atmosphere at night, with bars and restaurants. At La Rochelle's beach area of Les Minimes, you can take a harbour boat ride.
A short drive from La Rochelle, is the wonderful Island of 'Ile De Re', famous for its beaches and miles of traffic-free cycle tracks. You can hire bikes easily and spend a day exploring this lovely island.
Poitiers is the home of Futuroscope, a truly amazing theme park day out. Le Puy du Fou is a historical theme park in the nearby Vendee region, and a must for all the family. Saintes is an historic town with a Roman amphitheatre and a beautiful cathedral; it also has a very good golf course.
Rochefort (20 mins away) is another historic Marine Port with much to see including the 'transpondeur' and the 'Corderie Royale', famous Rope Museum and bustling Saturday Market.The Marais Poitevin is great for taking a boat ride around the 'VeniceVerte ' with lots of eateries, wine tasting opportunities & Craft shops.
Good restaurants, supermarkets, shops and brilliant bustling markets selling local produce are available in Surgeres and St Jean D'Angely. Children will love the Aqua Parks at St Jean and Chatelallion plage, the Aquarium at La Rochelle, Zoo at La Palmyre, and Zoodysee at Chize forest, watersports and amusements at St Palais and boats on the River Charente.
There's golf, horse riding, water sports, tennis and kayaking nearby and many distilleries for sampling delicious cognac, Pineau de Charentes and local wines. Golf: All ages and all interests catered for in the local area - pretty well all you'd want within 30-60 minutes.
