This luxury, ski-in, ski-out chalet offers everything you’d expect for a truly unforgettable ski holiday. Be it the marble-lined all-en suite bathrooms, the picture-windows with truly stunning views of the Isère valley, the luxury 7-seater hot-tub with views of Mont Blanc, the gourmet, professionally catered dining, or the skiing accessible straight from the front door - everything in Chalet Pisteside is set up for a chalet holiday you’ll find hard to match elsewhere.
As you walk in, you can see how wonderfully ski-in, ski-out the chalet really is - you can literally ski to and from the front door, with the nearest piste being mere yards away. At the same time, you get to see the wonderful hot tub on the balcony, our cosy heated boot-warmers, and as you step in to the lounge it’s difficult not to be slightly awed by the fantastic views of Europe’s largest mountain, Mont Blanc, plain for all to see in the huge windows off the lounge and the dining room.
Plus everything else you'd expect form a top-end chalet holiday - free wifi and use of chalet laptop. games console, roaring log-fire, plenty of comfy sofas, books, DVDs and games. So much in fact, that you may find yourself wanting to stay in rather than go out skiing!

Accommodating up to 10 people in 4 bedrooms, with en suite luxury marble bathrooms (bath & shower), complimentary toiletries, heated towel rails, Egyptian cotton bedding, soft towels and bathrobes, TVs with UK TV in each bedroom, and plenty of wardrobe space.

Situated in the village of Les Coches in La Plagne, the chalet is only a single lift away from the Vanoise Express, the impressive cable car joining La Plagne with Les Arcs, making Chalet Pisteside is perfectly situated to take full of advantage of the 425kms+ pistes that make up the “Paradiski”.

The Rhone / French Alps / Savoie region
The beauty of Les Coches is that it is right in the heart of the 'Paradiski' - the linked ski resorts of Les Arcs & La Plagne, so visitors can enjoy 425kms of piste in a single lift pass. There are runs for every level as well as plenty of off-piste and snowshoe walking available, and with snowparks and glacier skiing to boot, it's a great ski area to explore.
The La Plagne / Les Coches area
Les Coches is a modern but cute village with the look and feel of a tradtional farming village. It's a friendly place, with no traffic in the centre, and has all the amenities you would expect of a mountain village. Bars, restaurants, a crèche for the kids, plentiful ski shops, local gift shops, two ski schools, as well as an ice rink and a well stocked local supermarket. In addition, the village of Montchavin (a short, free shuttle-bus ride away), as well as offering extra choice in bars, restaurants and shops, also has a cinema.
Chalet Pisteside is on the Les Coches piste down to Plan Bois chair lift, and it is a 8 min walk away from the centre of town.

Train
One of the nicest methods of travel and the most eco-friendly! Eurostar (www.eurostar.com) and Rail Europe (www.raileurope.com) operate overnight trains from London St Pancras or Ashford in Kent to Bourg St Maurice or Aime, our nearest train stations, both a mere 10kms away.
Flying
The nearest airports to our chalet, in order, are Chambery, Geneva, Lyon & Grenoble, with many low-cost airlines flying to them from key UK airports. Easyjet, Ryanair, Thomas Cook, Snowjet and Jet2 are just some of the airlines - have a look at the Getting Here page of our website for more detailed information.
Transfers
We work several transfer companies that will bring you direct from the airport to the chalet in their fleet of personal minibuses. Contact us for up to date prices. You can also hire a car from the airport - we've found that www.auto-europe.co.uk is normally quite competitive.
Driving
It's about a 10 hour drive from Calais, and there is free parking 50m from the chalet. Don't forget to bring or hire some snow chains

WINTER CATERED
The chalet is offered on a fully catered basis with a professional chef & host during the winter months. The prices shown are based on 9 people taking the whole chalet AND on a per person basis, as the chalet can be booked on a bed by bed basis. The prices for 9 people are based on an all adult group; if children under 16 are included, the price will be less - please enquire for a personalised quote. Children are approx 15% lower. Infants under 2yrs are charged at £50p. Single supplements may apply.
