About the home

A beautiful, spacious and well appointed traditional alpine chalet that is in an excellent position for skiing and local amenities. It has 4 bedrooms, a large living area with open plan dining room and kitchen, and a HUGE sun balcony.

Sleeping 8 people in 4 spacious bedrooms over 3 floors, Chalet Zibeline, is ideal for those looking for that little bit of extra elbow room and comfort.

We are offering a "select" service to match the quality of this chalet: bottled wines, Champagne reception on arrival, 4 course evening meal with after dinner drinks included.

Tastefully finished in light pine and with traditional alpine furniture, Zibeline has plenty of elbow room.
The lounge area is surrounded by large windows providing magnificent panoramic views over the mountains, resort and valley.

Each bedroom is spacious and well appointed, for your comfort we supply bath and hand towels and hairdryers.
There are heated boot warmers in a large entrance hall, a ski locker to store your skis and plenty of room to hang damp ski jackets!

There is a very large sun filled balcony leading off from the main living area - perfect for a cool afternoon beer in the afternoon sun!

La Plagne, one “half” of PARADISKI, is one of the world’s largest ski areas! With two peaks of over 3000m and over 400km of piste there is something here for everyone! The skiing is extensive, but why not try something different?
Boardercross - there are three parks dedicated to the latest of snow sports.
Half Pipe and 7 Cube - areas dedicated for snow board madness!

And then there is the Olympic Bobsleigh rides

The La Plagne / Plagne 1800 area

La Plagne 1800 is the birth place of Ski Soleil. It was here in 1994 when we first operated as chalet staff that we first dreamed of owning our own ski company, so it was only natural that we have our own catered chalet here!
Of all the high altitude resorts, Plagne 1800 is the most like a traditional alpine village - it combines charm with practicality, making it a perfect choice for a ski holiday.

There is a small commercial centre with a selection of sports shops, bars, restaurants and a supermarket.
The skiing is accessible from a variety of ways, either onto the piste - wherever you stay in 1800 you are only a couple of minutes walk from a piste - or you could take one of the free shuttle buses to Plagne Centre or Plagne Bellecôte.

Our prices include transfers to and from Geneva airport - we ask that you arrive after 11.00am and depart on a flight that requires you to be at the airport before 11.00am.
We can organise to pick you up from Chambery too.
Pickup from the Eurostar at Aime/Bourg St Maurice also included
If you would like to self-drive then please deduct £30 per person.

Prior to coming out to France we were really impressed with how quickly you responded to our emails and how helpful you were with any questions we had about our holiday. Arriving in France at our chalet did not disappoint. The chalet was wonderful and Dan and Jess were great. Within our party we had lots of different food requirements yet Dan dealt with these with ease and still provided wonderful food for everyone, even the children ate everything that he cooked! They were very helpful with any questions we had and it was great to have a day out skiing with them and to be shown some great runs. Jess kept the chalet very clean and her cakes were delicious, on one occasion she made some little cakes for the children to decorate, which they found delightful and we thought was a lovely touch! They were a lovely couple that really helped to make our holiday a wonderful one. (Wilders Party 16/01/2012)
My first day back in the office and thought I would drop you both a quick note to say what a fantastic time we had at Chalet Zibeline. Helped along by the great snow we had, but more importantly by our fantastic hosts Dan and Jess. They were superb and could not have been better or do more for us.
