This chalet is situated in an absolutely superb position, just 20m from the fastest cable car and close to the bars and shops. There are 4 bedrooms, a lovely living area with huge sofas, an open fireplace and a hot tub and sauna on the terrace.
We provide a holiday planning service as standard delivering lift passes and ski hire to your chalet and helping to arrange ski school and transfers.
After a hard day on the hill, our chalet chefs are on hand to greet you with sumptuous cakes and a hot drink. You can then soak your muscles in the spa facilities and look forward to an exceptional three course dinner with good quality wine.
We welcome families and people of all ages and there’s plenty of in-chalet entertainment to keep everyone entertained! Freeview, play station, dvd, media pc, pool table and wifi.

The Rhone / French Alps / Savoie region
There’s terrain for every ability of rider, from greens and gentle blues for beginners, to wide motorway pistes for intermediates and some awesome off-piste for the more advanced. Some of the best runs and off-piste lines are on the Montchavin side of La Plagne. The Bellecôte being well renowned for its descents.
238 pistes of all levels. 12 greens, 132 blues, 65 reds and 29 blacks 2 peaks above 3000m. Aiguille Rouge (3226m) and Bellecôte (3416m) 2 skiable glaciers. The glacier de la Chiaupe above La Plagne and the glacier du Varet above Les Arcs 143 lifts. Including the Vanoise Express; a double-decker, 2km long, 1.5km high cable car that links Les Arcs and La Plagne. Plus 10 gondolas, 65 chairlifts, 28 ski lifts suitable for walkers and 25 ski lifts accessible free of charge plenty of air-grabbing opportunities, with 2 boarder-cross courses, 4 snowparks and 2 half pipes insurance against rubbish weather provided by 314 snow cannons miles and miles of off-piste night skiing/boarding on 3 floodlit pistes in Les Arcs. La Plagne / Montchavin area
Montchavin - once a farming village - is now a charming resort with much more character than the purpose-built La Plagne developments. Its traffic-free centre is a great place for kids to explore. Though the night life is fairly quiet, there are some good bars and restaurants. We can recommend the Base Camp Cafe Bar, or the Ferme de Cesar for good food and fantastic service and atmosphere. And there’s Oxygen, Montchavin's nightclub, if you want something livelier and later...
How to get there
Train
Eurostar trains go from London Waterloo to Bourg (10 mins drive from Montchavin and Les Coches) on Fridays Saturdays. An 8-hour journey. Tickets can be booked between 7 and 60 days in advance. Car If you drive, you can cross the Channel by Eurostar (see above) or ferry. Ferries from Dover to Calais take about 2 hours. Try P&O, SeaFrance, or see Dover Calais Ferries, where you can compare and book different operators. You can also call on 08704 585 120 (Mon to Fri 8am-8pm, Sat and Sun 9am-5pm).
Plane To get to Montchavin and Les Coches you can fly to Geneva, Chambery, Grenoble or Lyon - check out Easyjet, Flybe and Jet2.
